How were all of the senshi born? Did their parents also protect Queen Serenity like we see in the 30th century? Even if they didn't where were they when the moon was attacked? I have so many questions right now...

Considering that in the supers arc, the senshi were refered to as "princess," this leads me to believe that their parents were of royalty as well. Whatever interspacial government that may have existed, it's obvious that the silver millennium was in the center, and the most influential. In the stars arcs, it was reviled that luna and artemis were sent from their home planet mau to help out the moon kingdom. I think this was the same for the inner senshi as well. As for their home kingdoms/planets, I can't imagine they survived after the silver crystal was sealed away with the death of princess serenity and the fall of the moon kingdom.
