I only know of one fanfiction site.

Fanfiction.net because that's rather obvious isn't it?

But can anyone suggest other fanfiction sites? (Preferebly with a wide variety of high quality writing) Share your links here and it will be greatly appreciated!

A wonderful idea and one that I have been wanting to start for quite some time! I'll be updating here when I have the chance.

Just like fanfiction.net, media miner is an all-around fan fiction (and fan art) site for any and every category of media (television shows, books, anime, etc.). It has a lot of the same stuff as fan fiction.net, but many people started posting their stories here when fan fiction.net restricted mature rated fan fiction. It definitely has some gems, if you know how to look for them.

Although it has been slow lately www.dotmoon.net is one of my favorites. It is heavily based upon Sailor Moon fan fiction, but tends to accept any and all categories of media. Most of my all time favorite fan fiction and fan fiction authors can be found on this website. The Top 100 Stories list features some simply amazing work. It also has a forum and a section for fan art, too.

Grave digging? I dunno, but I love fanfiction, so I thought I'd mention http://archiveofourown.org - my profile is here, but I have yet to actually post anything. I actually don't read too much, just BBC Sherlock and Doctor Who, really. They do have some Sailor Moon stuff [anime] [manga] [general] - I haven't actually read the stuff there, but now that I've thought of it (haha) I'll look into it.

What I really love about AO3 is that you can view it in a variety of formats. Of course the standard desktop view, but the site works wonderful on mobile devices - and I use my Nook and can download epub files of any story I like. So then I can use my built-in ereader software to hold my page, highlight sections, take notes, increase text size, etc. I'm sure it works for the Kindle and other ereaders as well.

quotev.com and wattpad.com are some really good sites that I use all of the time.
