Plot Summary:
After planet Zenar was saved, the fairies that have been relocated to planet Achelois during the Chaos outbreak had to be picked up and escorted to their original planet so they may start rebuilding their home. Always the loyal friend, Sailor Enyalius volunteered to come with Sailor Achelois in this relocation mission, and, wanting to see other planets and not wanting to say goodbye to those two yet, Sailor Andromeda did as well.

What ensued next was a bunch of shenanigans that might or might not land the three senshi in jail in another planet.

Details on any necessary information: This occurs right after the end of the Return to Zenar event, within the Crystal Tokyo era.

Restrictions: Only for Sailors Enyalius, Achelois, and Andromeda, the rest will be NPCed.

Achelois walked down the halls back towards the common area where she knew Enya was waiting.  As she strolled along her staff made pronounced thudding sounds on the marble floor.  Her thoughts flitted to the meeting she had just left with Princess Flora and a few of the Crystal Tokyo Senshi.  Of course now that Zenar was safe and returning to a more natural state the fairies that had been residing on her planet would now return to their own home.  The Senshi had asked her to escort the fairies back to Achelois and then take all of them back to their home planet.  

Her steps slowed as she placed a hand over her chest and concentrated on her connection back to her planet.  She could feel the peace that emulated although she could feel a slight tension from the fairies mixed in.  They wouldn't know what had happened until they they brought the news back to the planet.  Her attention turned back to the environment as she came to the door.  She smiled to herself, she knew that she wouldn't do this mission, easy as it was, alone.  

She gripped the handle, turning it, and pushed the door open to reveal a room with assorted couches, chairs, and tables.  She looked around the room and found Enya walking around the room.  To her surprise she also found Andromeda sitting on a couch.  She waved to the Senshi, an idea forming in her mind, as she walked over to Enya.  After relaying the summary of the mission to Enya she glanced back to Andromeda as she spoke to Enya, "You know, easy as this mission sounds it might be a good idea to have an extra pair of hands on board."  She glanced back again to Andromeda, her movements greatly exaggerated.  She had heard the two talking back in the infirmary and she personally liked the young Senshi a lot.

Enyalius strode around the little parlor, examining the furniture casually as she waited for Achelois to return; while she had supposed the briefing that had called her partner away was only about the fairies currently residing on the blonde's home planet, Enyalius could not help but wonder if there were something else going on. Every now and again her eyes would fall upon the window, with the sparkling city of Crystal Tokyo in an organized sprawl below, and pause, commenting lightly on the beautiful city to Andromeda, who had chosen to spend some time with them before heading home. 

Enyalius liked Andromeda. She enjoyed her humor, her determination, and her general aura; Achelois did, as well. They had been considering asking her along on a mission - giving her more experience and offering what guidance they could, should she need it. She had gotten so far on her own, and Enyalius hoped to help her in whatever way she needed as she continued to grow. And maybe, Enyalius paused, considering the girl evenly, eventually, she added hesitantly, figure out why she stayed. The brief mirroring of their past and their vastly different outcomes gave her pause, but she had never found an opening to bring the similarities to light. She dared not mention it to Achelois - her friend would take care of it immediately by blurting it out as a passing curiosity, and while she loved Achelois dearly, the awkwardness that was sure to follow would have her consider less-than-friendly actions. A smile flitted past her lips.

When Achelois returned, Enyalius met her and listened to the mission she had been asked to undertake, and felt slight relief that it was just a transport. Of course, she would accompany her in any case, but a break from danger and large groups would be nice. 

At Achelois's exaggerated mention and pointed glance back to Andromeda, Enyalius caught the meaning exactly, and played right along. She crossed her arms, turning her head as though thinking, "There will be an awful lot of fairies to keep track of..." she seconded, the unspoken offer trailing off.

Andromeda didn’t know what it was, but she was in no hurry to get home.

Nah, she knew what it was; she just didn’t want to admit it. Going home meant being lonely again, being the only senshi in her little star with no one understanding what it meant to be one. Going home meant meeting her somewhat estranged family whom she had forgiven but not forgotten for their actions, and the people of her planet who all wanted to throw her into the sea to be devoured by—was it possibly one of Chaos’ creatures, she wondered now—a monster. Granted, a monster who’d been killing them. And yeah, it was one life to save many…

Didn’t mean she wasn’t still upset about it. Here she had friends, people who valued her life, strangers willing to save her lives multiple times despite never even knowing who she was really. She had felt more loved among these senshi in a couple of days that she’d spent with them than years with everyone else back home. So sue her if she wanted to stay a bit longer.

When Achelois finally returned, she perked up, waved back at her, and tried to listen to their conversation while pretending not to, though likely failing miserably. She wondered if Enyalius and Achelois were leaving already, but then she heard words like ‘fairies’ and ‘Achelois’ and ‘Zenar’ and then… When Achelois glanced at her, Andromeda quickly turned to look out the window nonchalantly. Extra pair of hands? Was she—was she doing what Andromeda thought she was doing?

She didn’t want to make assumptions, but then when Enyalius spoke, Andromeda had to resist practically jumping, waving her hand, and shouting, “ME ME PICK ME!” before they could go next door and try to extend the invitation to, say, Leviathan.

Instead, she turned back to the pair as casually as possible, all like oh-you-guys-are-still-here-I-didn’t-realize? And blinked innocently. “Fairies to keep track of? Do you guys need help?” she asked, then, unable to help herself, jumped to her feet. “Are you going back to Achelois to take them back to Zenar? I’d love to see your planet!” she said excitedly to Achelois.

Oops. So much for that nonchalance.

Coy as she played she could barely contain herself when Enya played along.  She looked to the girl hoping she had caught on to their little game and nearly squealed when she jumped up asking them about the mission and her own planet.  Her grin covered her face and her green eyes burned with joy.  She did a slight victory motion to herself, involving a fist motion with a soft "Yes!' before addressing their young counterpart.  She glanced at Enya before turning to Andromeda. 

She faced the Senshi and easily rested her hand on her shoulder.  "We would love it if you helped us out! And you're going to love Achelois," She sighed to herself for a moment as she thought of her planet fondly.  She turned back around to Enya, "Now that that's figured out we should be on our way soon."

Enyalius grinned at Andromeda's enthusiasm. She caught Achelois's look and instantly returned a look of support in the upcoming offer. Her friend's words induced a quicker heartbeat in Enyalius for a moment - she hadn't exactly processed it, but they would be returning to Achelois. The excitement in Achelois's voice was catching, and as thoughts of the tranquil green planet came to the forefront of her mind, Enyalius was only too ready to leave. She nodded in response, but made no move for the door just yet - they had to collect the fairies before they could go, and--

The door opened behind them and four flitting lights burst through. Flora, now Sailor Zenar, zipped in to hover hesitantly before them, flanked on either side by Leafe and Lillyena, Mossen to the other side of his cousin. "Are -- " She paused, as though reconsidering her phrasing, "I was told that you would be taking us back to your planet soon, that we may be reunited with our people and return to our home. Is that true? And when can we leave?" 

Her small voice was a mix of excitement and anxiety, and Enyalius did not blame her for either, especially the anxiety. She had changed. She had caused a lot of trouble for her people, and her mother and grandmother. Her actions had changed their fate, regardless of what else happened on their planet. Enyalius understood her trepidation upon facing her community, and her grandmother. And having to tell them about the death of her mother... it was a heavy burden she bore, yet she seemed determined to carry through with it. While Enyalius's smile fell at the interruption, she felt confidence in the little fairy building. 

No matter what their future might throw at them, the fairies of Zenar were in good hands.

As the question was addressed to Achelois, Enyalius did not answer. Instead she quietly turned to Andromeda and asked in a soft tone, as to not let the fairies think she were intentionally ignoring them, asked, "When would you be ready to leave?"

Andromeda felt irrationally emotional—touched, really—when Achelois looked genuinely excited, and when the other senshi put her hand on Andromeda’s shoulder and genuinely said that she would love for her to come along to her planet, Andromeda had to resist the urge of tearing up. She was just… so nice. Was this how it felt to have a big sister? Since she was an only child, she had always been lonely to some extent, and it had only gotten worse ever since all that happened.

Would hugging Achelois right now be weird?

Before she could decide either way, the door opened again, slightly startling her. Andromeda turned and saw the fairies come in. She didn’t know the princess very well, having not been part of the group that helped heal her, but she understood the queen had died in the process and that it had been rough on everyone. She let Achelois deal with the questions, and when Enyalius turned to her, Andromeda smiled.

“Right now? Anytime you like. It’s not like I’ve still got anything to do around here.” She was pretty sure all their business in Crystal Tokyo was done, and she definitely did not need to go home first. She supposed her parents might be wondering about her fate, but… in one of her more petty moments, she decided to let them wonder a little bit longer.

Achelois could feel her own excitement growing at the thought of returning to her planet even for just enough time to get the other fairies.  She loved adventuring, traveling to new places, meeting new people, discovering more about herself and others.  But she also needed that quiet time that being on Achelois so readily offered to her.  Her heart was always connected to the planet allowing her to monitor it regularly but actually being there was different.

Before anything else could be said or done the door opened and the fairies came into the room.  Flora proceeded to ask Achelois about the return trip.  She could hear the anxiety in her voice though it didn't break.  She faced the fairies and softened her smile to be more comforting and calming as she responded.  "You are correct, we will be guiding you to my home and after retrieving your people we will guide you back to Zenar." She paused for a moment to consider the second question and after glancing back at Enya and Andromeda she answered the fairies again. "I believe that we are able to leave at anytime."

She looked at the fairies as they faced their days with mixed emotions.  They had one against Chaos but it had sorely cost them.  The loss of their Queen and their lands now completely decaying.  The road to peace would be long and uphill but she believed that they would be able to restore their world.  She again reached for her connection to Achelois and found worry within the fairies.  "We should set out quickly, your kin grow with desire for news."

Enyalius held back a small laugh at Andromeda's quick response - she, too, seemed eager they be on their way. "Me, neither," she replied almost conspiratorially. It had only been a few days since they had returned from Zenar, and with her powers returned to full strength and nothing to plan or do on Earth, she was itching to be off.

Upon Achelois response, Flora reached back and took Lillyena's hand, visibly squeezing it in a mix of comfort, happiness, and anxiety as she listened attentively to the blonde senshi. Upon hearing the unease of her people, she nodded, "Could we leave soon?"

"Is now okay?" Enyalius returned, putting her hand on a hip as she angled herself towards the fairies again.

Not long after, the trio of senshi and the quartet of fairies were saying their official goodbyes to the Crystal Tokyo Court, standing in the familiar formal foyer before the balcony they would take their leave. With promises to keep in touch, they took a loose formation around their charges and launched into space.

Andromeda was really getting used to flying in space. She wondered if she could be counted as a space explorer now. The title sounded nice. Not as badass as dragonrider but… she really needed to get that thought out of her head. Why had she gotten so stupidly obsessed over it anyway?

It had always been her desire to see other planets and other senshi, and now she was going to see Achelois. Her excitement was pretty much through the roof. If Achelois was anything like Sailor Achelois, she pictured a nice tranquil green planet where everything was beautiful and healthy and full of peace. What a wonderful heaven it must be!

“So how far is Achelois from Earth?” she inquired curiously. She wanted to ask what the planet was like, too, but figured she would much rather enjoy the surprise.

Achelois was ecstatic now that they were on their way to the Planet.  Every second brought her closer to the energy that flowed through her body.  She twisted around to look Andromeda while still paying attention to their surroundings.  "It won't take very long at all!" She explained happily. 
 
A short amount of time later Planet Achelois was before them.  The planet's native Senshi stared down with eyes wide open drinking the long awaited vision of green and blue. Although she was excited, now that she was so close to home she was also calm and at peace.  She looked to the others for affirmation before guiding the group down to the area the fairies were residing in.  She angled the group down into the atmosphere soaring over the ocean as the light changed from day to night and they reached the continent.  They quickly passed over mountains and fields until she brought them to the border between a plain filled with flowers of every color and a forest deep and old. 
 
She faced Flora as she addressed her, "Your kin are a little farther into the forest, I wanted to give you a moment to collect yourselves before heading in to see them." She gazed around at the others in the group before finishing with, "Just let me know when you are ready." Her eyes were as vibrantly green as the lush world that surrounded them.  She knelt to the ground, placed her hand on the ground and allowed her being to explore the planet.  Finding everything in order she opened her eyes and looked back up at the group waiting for the fairies.  She chose to remain in a kneeling position and tracked exactly where in the forest the fairies were.

Throughout their flight between worlds, Enyalius felt Achelois's anticipation grow and grow; while the trip was quiet, as the fairies had much on their minds, she could practically feel Achelois's energy singing with excitement, and the constant happy feeling was infectious. Even without the blonde's constant bombardment of good vibes, Enyalius was looking forward to seeing the planet Achelois again. While her friend had been there semi-recently to guide the fairies to her safe haven, Enyalius had not visited the planet in years, and as they flew closer, she was beginning to realize just how much she missed the peaceful world.

As they entered the atmosphere and hovered above the beautiful vistas below them, Achelois looked over and Enyalius's grinned in response to her eager look. They followed her lead, Enyalius's eyes strayed eastward, towards where she had originally crash landed all that time ago, but as the sight passed beyond the horizon she came back to simply enjoying the view. 

Passing through from day to night over oceans was magnificent; she could have been fooling herself in the sun's reflection behind them, but she could have sworn she saw some of the glowing algae and fish life below them before they reached the next continent. The mountains passed beneath them, and the fields, but it was only when the forest came to view that the fairies beside them practically burst with excitement, pointing out the healthy and vibrant plant life, its magnificence obvious even in the dark.

As Achelois slowed, the fairies grew quiet again, sensing what was to come. They listened closely to Achelois, glancing into the forest with equal parts longing and trepidation. Speaking quietly amongst themselves, Flora eventually detransformed from her senshi state, perhaps afraid that too much at once might be overwhelming, perhaps waiting for an opportune moment to share the development. Enyalius let them be, instead watching Achelois as her hand found the dirt. She took a deep, comfortable breath, her eyes closing to enjoy the smell of the air, feel the clean and fresh world around her. 

"It's good to be home," she sighed contentedly, quiet enough that the fairies would not be disturbed in their conversation, loud enough to be heard by Achelois and Andromeda.

Achelois sure looked perky now that they were going back to her home planet. It was odd to see because the green-clad senshi was usually so quiet and calm, but Andromeda was glad to see another side of her already. Here was a senshi who truly loved her home… not one who was dreading coming back to it. But if Achelois loved home so much… how come she spent her time going from planet to planet with Enyalius instead of protecting it? Andromeda made a mental note to ask later.

Meanwhile, the planet had finally appeared in front of them, and her eyes widened in wonder as she took in her new surroundings. The planet looked so lush; green and blue and just so… thriving and serene. Andromeda had to physically restrain herself from gasping at the sight of the flowers in every possible color as they flew nearer to the ground, and a forest that, unlike Zenar, looked beautiful and welcoming instead of dark and threatening.

They landed, and Andromeda immediately wished they never had to leave. Aside from Crystal Tokyo, this was definitely the one planet she’d visited that she would love to live on. She tried not to be emotional about it, even though seeing new wonderful worlds had been her dream for quite some time now, and she had finally found the most beautiful one. As the fairies gathered, she moved to stand near Achelois and Enyalius, still trying to take in everything. It seemed like anywhere her head turned she discovered a new wonder.

“Why would you ever want to leave?” she finally asked in a whisper, so as not to disturb the fairies but within hearing distance of her human companions.

Achelois nodded in response to Enya's statement as she lifted herself into a standing position.  Wanting the fairies to feel like they had a little privacy she turned to face Andromeda and Enya.  Both appeared to be quite satisfied with the planet, though she knew Enya would be and she had hoped that Andromeda would as well.
 
As they waited on the fairies Achelois was surprised the question that Andromeda asked.  Why did she leave a planet that was so beautiful and at peace? Enya was the only other one who knew what the planet looked like so no one else had asked her that before.  Although she hadn't been asked that question before by anyone else, she had an answer already.  The same answer she had given herself when she and Enya had decided to leave Achelois.
 
Achelois looked to Andromeda, her eyes steady and bright, her posture was firm but gentle.  "I spent close to 90 years on this planet alone before Enya crashed landed here. And though I was very content I was also curious about what else was out there.  When Enya landed here, she was my first glimpse into a world outside my own.  After her recovery we decided to travel around the Universe, helping out where we could, escaping when we needed to.  We decided to adventure around until it no longer appealed to us." She could say more but she decided that for now it was enough. She smiled encouragingly hoping Andromeda would ask all the questions she wanted; Achelois certainly had when she first went exploring.

Andromeda's question, innocent in its intent, stirred feelings of guilt within Enyalius. This planet was so beautiful, so lush and filled with life and health and strength - a true paradise - and she had convinced Achelois to leave it with her. She listened to Achelois's response and stood a little taller, pushing back the guilt with logic and reasoning. They were doing the right thing in leaving; other worlds needed them. They were Sailor Warriors, they had a higher purpose to attend to beyond living happily and comfortably. Achelois understood, yet she felt like she had to offer some sort of explanation to Andromeda, some sort of defense to explain why she had torn Achelois away from her perfect home world. 

"We are Sailor Guardians," she offered, looking off into the darkness, her eyes following the path of fireflies over the plains, "This planet is beautiful, and alive, and at peace -" a slight sardonic smile pulled at her lips as thoughts of other planets came to mind; her voice dropping, she added, "No humans around to mess it up." Taking a slight breath, her gaze finding Achelois, she continued. "Our duty lies elsewhere, in helping those planets that are not so peaceful by destroying chaotic influences and giving them a chance."

When Achelois gave her answer, the reasoning became clear. Ninety years. Andromeda could only imagine how such a long stretch of time would feel. She was so young compared to these two, the age gap was actually rather ridiculous. Achelois could be… her grandmother. Suppressing the sudden urge to giggle, Andromeda turned her gaze toward Enyalius when Achelois mentioned that she ‘crash landed’ on this planet. Andromeda raised an eyebrow curiously. Was that a long story? Because she definitely wanted to hear that story.

So Achelois hadn’t even considered leaving her planet to see the world until after almost a century. That certainly put things in perspective. As Enya added her explanation, Andromeda nodded in understanding.

“That certainly makes sense. I wanted to see the world, too, and I’d only been a senshi for a little while…” It was mostly because of her loneliness and the way people back home had made her feel unappreciated, but still, she felt a bit guilty about it. “But if you’re not here… aren’t you leaving it vulnerable for Chaos?” she wondered. “I wanted to go see the world too, and I guess I was kind of doing what you two are doing when I left for Zenar to help, but I worry constantly about what might be happening back home when I’m not there.”

Achelois met Enya's gaze and held it as she explained further why they travelled around.  Achelois wanted to communicate that she had no regret; she was glad that she had met Enya and that they had left the planet.  Even if something were to happen to her or her planet because of their travels she would not hold Enya accountable for it.  She hoped that her face could deliver some message of comfort and reassurance to her long time friend even in the dark.
 
She listened to Andromeda explain her own reason for helping with Zenar and then question her about the safety of her planet.  She glanced around the field they stood in and looked for over the plain into the horizon.   "Many people fear the dark and what lurks in its shadows.  To them it means the absence of light and safety. " She motioned to the area around them and directed their eyes upward to the sky full of stars.  "But here the dark offers nor fear or worry, nothing lurks within its depth.  Here it means a time of rest and peace, and here it allows those who can not shine during the day a chance to show their brilliance."
 
She placed her hand over her chest and closed her eyes, "Were any entity to even threaten my planet I would know of it. Here in my very being I am always connected to this world and the going-ons around it." She couldn’t quite explain that she was never actually separated from her planet but she hoped that she had gotten the idea across.  She opened her eyes and smiled and Andromeda, "If ever I am worried I just take a moment to strengthen my connection and my planet is without any higher intelligent people who could cause havoc while I'm away."

She caught the meaning behind the green-eyed gaze of Achelois, and it did much to lessen the heavier feelings on her heart. Yes, she did give Achelois reason to leave, but... they had fun together. They did good together. And all those worlds, all those places - they needed them, and they were able to help. Convincing Achelois to leave her planet to travel the galaxy had been a good move - the fairies were proof of that - even if there was homesickness involved. She listened and smirked when Achelois spoke of detecting a foreign threat to her home-world - not at the detection method itself, but at what might happen if any force dared attempt harm on this place. Achelois was wonderful. She was clever, she was calming, she was a true force for good, but here? On this planet? She may appear to be nothing but a healer to those whom they have met on their journeys, but on this planet she is, quite literally, a goddess who can pull mountains from the soil, crack open rifts beneath their feet, call hurricanes and tornadoes and lightning to bear. She could command every creature on the planet to fight or flee, and, if she tried, she could probably pull the very lifeblood of the planet to bear in order to subdue a threat. Here a healer she was still, but she was also a bringer of great destruction. And to see those green eyes glow in anger was not a sight one would soon forget.

Andromeda listened to Achelois’ explanation, nodding in understanding. So perhaps… if she could rely on her own connection with her home, she too could journey around the universe, helping places that needed it. Perhaps… she could even join Enyalius and Achelois on their adventures. She didn’t dare to voice this thought out loud, of course—what kind of person would invite themselves to something that was clearly a private thing, one that these two had done for a long time, just the two of them? They probably had a nice balance that would be upset by a third person. Andromeda definitely did not want to be a third wheel. But she did wish she could continue seeing the world. Helping Zenar had done wonders to her—boosted her confidence, made her happy, happier than she’d ever felt back home. She felt the least lonely among all these other senshi, and she wanted to keep that feeling somehow.

“So what kind of planet is Achelois? What are its people like?” she looked around, but as far as she could see, the only other creatures were the fairies. She didn’t recall seeing another living being on their way here and wondered if their colonization was in some other area of the planet. She turned to Enya, suddenly remembering something. “Wait, did you say ‘no humans around’?”

After she had finished speaking, Achelois glanced around the plains again, unable to drink in enough of the scenery.  This would give Andromeda a moment to process all the information she was getting.  As they stood there, a line of flame began to peak over the horizon.  Jets of red, orange, and pink began to wake up the planet from its peaceful slumber.  Achelois felt the sun on her skin, its warmth flowing through her, letting her know that all was right.
 
She flicked her green eyes back over to Andromeda as she first questioned Achelois but quickly directed her questioning to Enya as well.  She lifted her hand to block her face from her hair as the wind ruffled the golden tresses.  "Right," She nodded as she spoke.  "There are no higher intelligent creatures here, only what are known as animals on Earth." The last word she sounded out a little as the term being used in context here was still unnatural.  To her they had always been what they were, there was nothing to separate them from besides herself.  As she travelled with Enya she had to come to learn about all kinds of creatures with differing levels of intelligence.  She understood that hers, although some were complex and had forms of communication, were still considered lower intelligent creatures.

"It keeps things simple," Enyalius added, looking to the sunrise and feeling the soft breeze burst to awaken the night air. She looked forward to full morning, with the sun angling through the trees, casting leafy shadows on the forest game trails they used for pathways. Birds started to sing, softly at first and then growing in confidence and complexity to greet the dawn.

"We're ready."

The trek through the dense forest was quiet but for birdsong and rustling of leaves, but when they reached the new colony of fairies, a new commotion added to the early morning sounds.

The three senshi stood off to one side, keeping out of the explanation and speech that Flora was recounting. Enyalius kept her gaze away from the gathering, choosing instead to watch as forest critters started their day. She was just considering conversation topics when a certain pet came to mind. "Were you planning on seeing Rana before we go?" Enyalius asked.

Andromeda’s attention was distracted when the sun began to rise on the horizon. She felt breathless as she watched the beautiful procession of light touch every part of this new world, and she was bathed in tranquility and new spirit all at once. It felt both reinvigorating and peaceful, and it was the most wonderful thing. She wished she could stay here for a while. When Achelois confirmed that there were, in fact, no human beings in this planet, Andromeda felt surprised.

So those 90 years… Achelois was the only human in this entire planet? She wanted to ask whether Achelois was ever lonely, but then she remembered the senshi’s ability to communicate with various creatures, and it clicked. So that was why she could talk to animals. She must not be lonely, then, because she had a way of communicating with them.

Still, how did it feel to be the only kind in your species? For almost a century?

How did she know how to people?

These questions filled her mind as they started their journey through the forest. On one hand, it must be nice and peaceful not having to worry about fighting, or selfishness, or jealousy and all that ugly human traits. No war would ever break out here. Nothing to corrupt. It felt like the perfect haven… but again, she wondered if Achelois ever wished there were other humans. Andromeda began to understand the other senshi more, began to see why she chose to journey all over the universe with Enyalius.

When the conversation started again, she finally could not hold her curiosity at bay much longer. “Who’s Rana?” she asked.

Hearing the thundering paws crashing their way, Enyalius knew exactly when to step aside and let the great beast through. As she approached she could see flashes of her purple fur through the forest, but as the galloping creature rushed past, Enyalius didn't know where she wanted to look more: at Achelois, and the pure joy on her face at being pounced by her favorite beast, or at Andromeda for her reaction to the saber-toothed tiger. In the end she watched for the latter's reaction, and then looked to the former after Rana's thorough welcoming, her arms crossed and a smile on her face for Achelois's introduction.

Andromeda’s question was soon answered when the earth moved beneath her feet. She instinctively backed away from the huge thing obviously coming through, memories of Zenar still fresh in her mind and forgetting momentarily that she was no longer in the dangerous planet. She let out a small yelp of surprise as a blur of purple pounced on Achelois, but quickly saw that it was clearly excited to see her, behaving much like a dog who’d just found their owner was home and was giving them a welcome greeting.

She watched in wonder, wary of the large teeth but amazed at the same time that such a terrifying looking creature could be so… nice. “She’s beautiful,” she said with a smile, noting the obvious love in Achelois’ expression as she introduced her friend. She’d never seen Achelois this happy, and it was interesting to see how the senshi came alive so much in her home planet.

“Can I… can I touch her?” she asked timidly.

Achelois couldn't contain the joy in her being as she was greeted by her old friend Rana.  Long before she had met Enya, Rana was her most faithful companion.  After reconnecting with her furry purple companion and introducing her to Andromeda, Achelois snuck a quick glance at Enya.  She was delighted to see her warrior friend was watching for Andromeda' reaction and clearly enjoying herself as well.  She quickly turned her attention back onto Andromeda and reveled in the marvel that she clearly held for Rana. 



Upon her question of contact with the giant purple beast Achelois tilted her head up and down a few times in a clear indication of approval.  She placed a hand under Rana's face and lifted it to her own while the other hand continued petting her long silky fur.  She met Rana in the eyes and spoke to her, "Rana, Enya and I have brought a friend here, no mischief now."  Her tone was loving as she warned Rana and the beast responded with a few low growls and a lick to the face before twisting her head around to look at the newcomer.

Rana:

Rana lifted herself off Achelois and the Senshi responded by standing up slowly though she didn't move away.  She watched as Rana took a few dignified steps over to Andromeda, stretching her legs out to their fullest, lifting her paws delicately and holding her head high.  Achelois suppressed a giggle as her beastly companion attempted to look regal for the newcomer to her planet.  Rana sniffed Andromeda as she stood in front of her and after a moment she looked up at the Senshi before offering up her head for an obvious attempt to get a pet.

Andromeda's reaction was better than she could have hoped - short of jumping into the nearest tree or screaming, that is. But then, from all that they have been through together, Enya knew Andromeda  to be type to keep her head, and should have expected nothing less than the polite, if surprised, reaction she had to the tiger glomping through the brush to pin Achelois to the ground. It was a good sign, really; if every senshi reacted to possible danger in that way, there'd be far fewer accidents.

As Rana begged for pets from her new friend, Enya listened back for the fairies; by the sound of things, Flora was still delivering a speech. It shouldn't be too much longer now.... but she wondered if they would want to leave immediately, or remain on Achelois for a time before returning to their own home planet.

Andromeda smiled as Achelois warned her friend to behave. She was beginning to see why Achelois was so happy to be here despite the fact that there was no other person she could talk to. It was probably easier to be around animals. They weren’t complicated creatures and they would never betray you. She waited as the great beast walked toward her, standing tall and proud. Andromeda giggled, getting the impression that Rana was trying to impress her. She grinned as the creature stopped in front of her, and carefully caressed her big head.

Andromeda pressed her own face against Rana’s as she ruffled her fur adoringly. “You’re so beautiful,” she said, wondering if the creature could understand her language. After a while, she stepped back and gave Rana a polite bow. “I am Sailor Andromeda, and it’s very nice to meet you.”

Rana replied to Andromeda’s introduction with a bowing of head.  She then turned, nodded her head to Enya, and positioned herself next to Achelois’s feet.  Achelois was glad that the introduction had gone well between the two.  She pondered for a moment what to talk about as they waited for the fairies but it sounded like they were close to finishing.  She assumed that they would want to leave as soon as possible and return to their home planet.  She would be sad to see the fairies leave but was delighted to have been able to offer her planet as a place of refuge while Zenar’s fate had been decided.

The trip back to Zenar was uneventful. The fairies, being much less afraid throughout this journey, were much more inquisitive of space as they traveled within the delta-formation the three senshi created. They tittered and exclaimed as they passed out of the Achelois system and into deep space, but once they entered into the dark expanses their expressiveness ended, turning inwards. Towards their past, the horrors they had fought against, the loss of their Queen... but then they would turn to their new Queen, the guardian of their planet, and as Zenar came into view their mood lightened. 

Already the influence of Chaos was leaving the planet. While the pollution was still thick and prevalent, the dark miasma had disappeared from the atmosphere. Upon landing in their destroyed glen, they spread out, looked around. The Goblins had been there, but had since left. Search parties were formed to find their missing families, the militial ranks of the fairies going back to business. A scout left to reconnect with other fairy villages, other glens, and Gradmatre took Flora aside, Lillyena, Mossen and Leafe going with her to talk about what they should do next.

When the three senshi took their leave, the homeland of the Fairies of Zenar was being quickly rebuilt. Reports of the surrounding forest had come back with a record low of negative creature activity. While spiders were still out, and goblins did roam the forest looking for them, speaking of some "Sahlah Sahtan" that needed more fairies. Flora left with a delegation to speak with them, hoping for a truce. 

Zenar was much better off now than it had been when they arrived nearly two months before, and with a new Guardian to fend off the forces of Chaos, it should only get better from there. 



The senshi left the planet with well wishes and understanding of future contact between Zenar and the Crystal Tokyo senshi; the trio agreed to forward the message and took their leave. 


"Well, now that that's done," Enyalius commented, stretching as they left the system, "Want to grab something to eat?"
