| Legal digital download? No, I don't think so. This song is from the "Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon: Uranus - Neptune - Chibimoon - Plus" image song CD based from the S season. If this CD is still available for purchase, a website like cdjapan may have it available, although I don't believe I've ever seen it there when looking at SM soundtracks. Your next best bet would be like ebay or Japan Yahoo Auctions.
However, if you don't mind just downloading it, SailorMusic.net has it available along with the other tracks from the cd (which include Michiru's Song, Chibiusa's Song, their poems and little drama parts). You can get it here: http://sailormusic.net/song-collections/uranus-neptune-chibimoon/
