| Storyline Name: Evil Wears a Black Suit

Plot Summary: Things have been quiet and calm for the last few months but then all of a sudden there have been reports of thefts and other crimes and all the police have found at the scene of these crimes: Playing cards..Black playing cards. They have tried to take them to get prints but there are none..who is behind these thefts and who can stop them…
Details on any necessary information: for the end of the RP it’s not to defeat the enemy but to try and get it to have a change of heart. It will be tough but its do-able. Also Sailor Moon is needed for this one and we will just use her and the inner Senshi. If someone wants to play luna/artemis thats fine too but not needed. Multiple claims of characters is allowed and wanted. I was also thinking the girls would be older (About 14-15 per Uranus suggestion and have their higher forms accessible as well)
Restrictions: Inner Senshi only. Artemis, Luna, (If a player wants one) civilians will be NPCed

I'm sorry for the delay.
The storyline looks good!
One thing to change: As this happens with our senshi in our universe and before Usagi ascends the throne, it should be placed in the Tokyo City Subforum, not Freeform.
My only comment would be that you might want to consider making it a story within the Classic arc, before the whole team is put together, to get the story up and started quickly and come to a conclusion; larger RPs with 4+ people tend to get stuck quicker than smaller ones, especially while a) waiting for members to claim and join, b) waiting on posts if the posting order or activity levels aren't defined (which they typically aren't in relaxed storylines) and c) waiting on writers block to move off of a person. A greater number of people just has greater variables involved, so starting small is usually better - this is all evidenced in the Hall of Fame. If you would prefer a later timeline for character development purposes for the girls (older than 14, have some purifications under their belt), maybe consider allowing a player to have multiple claims, or NPC senshi who are not initially claimed, just to get the story rolling, and either make a Request Thread for those positions or continue to NPC them to keep the player number down.
