He keeps track of points and all your Osa-P shop purchases!  You can PM him any questions about the shop.  In the case that he is unavailable, you can also PM Sailor Mercury.



Points are a unique system on GC that we use to reward members for being long term active members. This is a special system we have implemented to encourage people to participate in a variety of activities we have on the site.

Points are actually optional, but for those who DO wish to earn points, they are a tangible method of tracking how involved a member is on the site so we can reward them and say thank you for being awesome.



All members are able to earn points. We do not want any one to feel like their time is "wasted" here and not participate in things until they reach the Lotus Crystal level. However there is a scale for how many points you earn which varies based on your rank, with star seeds earning the least amount of points, and lotus crystals earning the most.

While all levels earn points, only Lotus Crystals are able to spend them. All members of GC can see this forum, however only Lotus Crystals will be able to post. The points system is meant to be a reward for long time activity, and to encourage and thank people for being on the site so long.

• if you are purchasing an Adorable Adoptable, the Shop Keeper will then contact Neo Queen Serenity with this information. Neo Queen Serenity will PM you the password and inform the shop keeper of the process. The Shop Keeper will then post your current points balance, and close the thread.

• The Shop Keeper will then post a confirmation that they have sent you an email to the email address associated with your username.
  
• Once you have confirmed you wish to buy this item, they will ask for your email address.
  
• The shopkeeper will then contact the admin with the appropriate item with the address and get it shipped with in 2-3 business days.
  
• An image of the receipt proving it was sent will be sent to the users email address.

• The Shop Keeper will then confirm the Recipient is eligible to receive the item(s) specified, the points have been taken from the Gifter's points total, and that the item(s) have been communicated to the Recipient. They will then close the thread.
