| When I tried to log in earlier this morning to the new Shoutbox that we have on a test basis with my GC username/password combo, it said I had a "Incorrect username and password". Why isn't it letting me log in there? |

| The new chat doesn't use GC Usernames/Passwords - you create a new account with them the first time you use it.  |

| And remember, creating the account is optional. You can still chat without an account. The account just lets you have an avatar and post links. ^_^ |

| Ah - So I had to register there first before logging in to the Shoutbox. Thank you for your help - I have now successfully done so (since I wanted to have access to all the features of it). Problem solved. |
