Actually, do you have a similar issue with other images or graphick-y websites? I am wondering if it has to do with your graphics card settings.

The graphic above is a .png file. Maybe try searching your PC for other .png files and try to open them with your browser. Might narrow down the issue.

It's just this website. Everywhere else is fine for me.

Also my boyfriend just spent quite a bit on updating his graphics card so I don't think it's that xD 

(Just spent $180 on a GTX 970. Drivers updated. Nerdy boyfriend confirms its not the computer - Nerdy bf)

It's probably just forumotion. I have problems sometimes as well. Like the images from the events and such are the lock/new/no new messages images, etc etc. Forumotion/forumactif(in french) has this problem since it's been created...

It should go back to normal soon.

Nope it's still like that xD It's just when I get on the computer though, when I get on my tablet or phone it's fine.

Idk I know it's not Wes' computer cuz he recently updated all the graphics related stuff so that he could play graphics heavy games, but the fact that's it's only doing it on the computer is strange O.o

o_o I have never seen the forum do that ever in my life. Have you deleted your browser history included cache, cookies and everything? What browser are you using on your computer? Try viewing it in a different browser and see if it does the same thing.

I wonder if it's just that image, and if the banner switches out for the octoberfest if it'll go away.

Huh,  I couldn't even begin to think how to fix that,  did you visit any other sites to test? My husband is concerned some of your drivers weren't updated properly. 

I always use pngs and upload through imgur if that helps.

I honestly have no idea what it could have been lol. Wes insists it's not his computer and tbh he knows more about that stuff then I do xD
