Appearance:  Dracul has those strange ageless features that you would usually expect from a vampire. He has a very pale skin, not yet translucent, but almost, smooth to the touch and quite cold. Contrasting with his skin, his lips are purple-ish and his irises are entirely black or red. It's in his eyes mostly that it is possible for others to get a glimpse of how old he is and how many obstacles he had to struggle with, the gleam in them burdened and also slightly exhausted. His fangs are usually visible when he opens his mouth only, though their presence can be guessed by the form of his mouth.

He usually bears himself proudly, a serious expression on his features most of the time and an air of mystery about him. He is very tall, with long fingers and black hair he usually slicks back. He is an elegant man and his movements are graceful – they become more brutal and sharp when he attacks or defends himself. He wears black pants with a black jacket worn over a white shirt. He wears also polished black shoes and a long black cape with a high and solid collar.
Personality: To all who know him, Dracul appears to be one who doesn't like to meddle with others, which was true before, but became particularly relevant at his wife's death. It is why he appears often mysterious to other's eyes. He is more reserved, preferring to keep to himself – even from his own remaining family. It can get to the point where he actually seems aloof and cold, perhaps even indifferent, when in truth, he has a lot of affection, both for his departed wife and his living daughter. He actually cares deeply for Vampir, loved his wife and is able of love even if he reserves it for people he actually grows fond of.

He is just now known to be overly expressive in way of emotions or he simply isn't able to get the right message across – probably because he never actually planned on being alone when came the time of raising Vampir. In a similar fashion, though he is very proud of her, he will not acknowledge it out loud nor will he really show it, except perhaps with very subtle hints here and there (that Vampir probably wouldn't understand were meant for her). He is known to speak in riddles, to be vague, to be secretive, to omit information (even if they can be of import), to keep things for himself, to avoid explaining anything. In short, he's the biggest troll of them all.

A lot of Dracul's attitude towards enemies and problems comes with mockery and laughter. He uses irony and sarcasm as effective weapons and it's not rare to see him openly mock someone deciding to go against him for a reason or another. He will laugh, but his laughs aren't usually genuine ones. They are more mocking, more mischievous, more malicious even and often aim to hurt people. They are also a way for him to express his superiority: he laughs at mediocrity (or at any beasts really). It can come off very arrogant and the count is all about arrogance. He'll flaunt his knowledge and strength if he thinks it's needed to get his point across and he can reveal himself to be quite haughty. If he deems someone wrong or foolish, he will not hold himself back. In many ways, his attitude might seem childish at times (as shown from Bersek's visit where he but laughs and plays around with no care for the topic of this conversation or his guest).

But Abel is not just laughter and deeply hidden affection. Abel is a soul wrecked by years of living, by useless fights between his brother and him for reasons he never could understand the importance. Though he never was the most violent of the two, the years sculpted him bitter and sad (and quite a bit dramatic). There is, however, a real suffering and solitude in the fact he has been immortal for so long, which was worsened at the death of his wife. He can be considered violent and cruel, he is also quite tactless. He has a very short temper and if someone speaks wrongly of his wife or child, he will usually not respond all too well. Fighting doesn't bother him and blood, of course, doesn't scare him. If he has to tear someone to shreds, he will without a second thought and depending on who they are, he might even get amused from someone's fear or pain. Sometimes even, his reactions flirt with madness,

He hisses when angry.

Last but not least, Dracul is faithful and loyal – only to those he deems worthy because otherwise he's the sneakiest vampire alive. He is not sensitive to any woman's (or man's) charms unless it's his wife (or the nightmare that later became his wife's shadow). After all those years, temptation has very little hold on him and any try usually ends up with him being bored, amused, indifferent or offended by the other's vulgarity. His heart is taken and probably will be until he actually dies at the end of time.

History: Dracul's history begins way before Earth became what we know of it. He was then named Abel, son of Adam. Though he did love his brother, Cain, their relationship was not always an easy one and it particularly took a dark turn when God chose Abel's sword over his brother's. In a fit of rage or jealousy (and probably both), Cain struck his brother down.

Instead of dying forever, though, Abel became an immortal being, cursed by his situation. He lived through many years until one day he met a young human woman with whom he fell in love. Together living in the Dracul Caste, hidden among the trees of the Transylvania's forest, they had a child, a daughter later called Bloody Dracul Vampir. He originally planned to marry Le Fay, but she was killed when her human father discovered who she was seeing, a fact the man couldn't tolerate. Le Fay died before any wedding could occur, leaving Dracul alone with his daughter.

Soon after these events, Dracul left Vampir behind and moved to his castle in Tokyo. It would be only hundred of years later that the Count would meet Usagi and her friends.

During this, he bit Michiru and Mamoru, bringing them to his side and stole one Nightmare of his enemies' minions, transforming her into one of his vampire, but more importantly, giving her the name, position and rights of his departed wife.

He sacrifices himself to save Sailor Moon, but instead of dying, like most of his enemies / allies thought at the time, he simply went to the Underworld where he waited to be able to come back (which he did later on because apparently people don't know he's dangerous for everyone's health, villains and heroes alike).

Brainwashed, then free from any influence, he would fight for his daughter to be able to live and also to save Sailor Moon and her friends against Cain, his own brother who teamed up with a dead planet and Lilith of Darkness, former (and jealous and pissed) wife of Adam.

At the end of his story, Dracul seals himself in the Underworld, able to take down with him his brother, Roi Malkuth, Elyon Yesod and Olam Tiphareth (the new Le Fay that was brainwashed back to the form of Nightmare), thus helping Sailor Moon and his daughter in finishing the fight with their enemies.
Other Noteworthy Facts: 

• Bloody Dracul Vampir's father and Le Fay's husband (he can also be counted as Olam Tiphareth's husband as she took Le Fay's name and position).
  
• He was the leader of the vampires until his daughter took his place (and he somewhat took it back and gave it back).
  
• He claims to be the basis for the Dracula's mythology. He was cursed into Dracul's life when Cain struck him down, but he still answers to both Abel and Dracul.
  
• He sleeps in a coffin (and will also use said coffin to regenerate when he loses energy, is wounded or when he just comes back from the Underworld).
  
• He can drink wine.
  
• He does drink blood.
  
• He teamed up with Tomoe (Bersek) in order to find a solution for Vampir to have blood in order to survive but without killing humans.
  
• He is a magician.
  
• He knows who the Sailor Senshi are and that they carry a Star Seed in them.

How to even describe the way he hisses in the show, though? It's not just a hiss, it's like an olympian hissing that actually freezes on the spot the poor things being hissed at.
