| Oh how nice you just learnt more about our country and you wish to participate in our roumanian guess the translation game!  Ha ha! So here is what this is all about. There will be two main rounds one from english->roumanian and one from roumanian->english. Hold on! Don't panic! This isn't what you think it is... well it is but not in the way you think. Ha ha  I made this game since I thought it would be fun trying to translate with you guys some sentences in romanian and the reversed. If you are not familiar with the basics of the language please read here. You can also find there some useful expressions which might help you play this game. Important rule: NO USE OF GOOGLE TRANSLATE! You may only use one of the following dictionaries site to translate the words (as I said words not the whole sentence. This is because I want to see how you guys arrange the words by yourself in a sentence): Don't worry. I won't give complicated stuff to translate. Only simple noun/ verb/ adjective sentences. Also don't worry if you won't get it right ('cuz this will surely happen. LOL  ) The idea is just to have fun. So who's in? |

Ha ha! Good try First, the "cei" is not the roumanian article. For "the" we add by the end of the words either "a" for feminine nouns or "ul" for masculine. In this case we have "cat" which is feminine so the correct form would be Pisica este mare şi grasă (we also add "ă" by the end of "gras" since it's a feminine noun. "Mare" is neutral so it does not get an "ă"). Congratz Princess Luna! <3 Here's a second one: The house is green.
