Appearance:


Yukito: Yukito has brown eyes and short gray hair, parted on the side. He has large glasses, giving him a scholarly appearance. While he is usually seen in his school uniform, he can also be seen wearing in casual clothes, namely, jeans and a hooded sweatshirt. He like Yue, is very tall and slim, appearing to be frail although they are stronger than they look. As the false form of the Moon Guardian, they share the same skin tone, which is extremely pale. 


Yue: Yue is an attractive young man with long, silver hair that flows down his back in a loose ponytail. His bangs are short, and reveals his silver-blue eyes. He wears white silken robes set with a dark blue armour, with a jeweled earring on his left ear, a long side cape that hangs on his right shoulder, and large angelic wings that he can use to fly.

Personality:


Yukito: Yukito is the best friend & love interest of Toya Kinomoto and is initially Sakura Kinomoto's object of affection as well. Syaoran Li harbors a crush on him for a while, which is based in his subconscious attraction to Yue's magic. Yukito's nearly omnipresent smile is evidence of his kind and gentle nature. Yukito also loves food and has an enormous appetite. However, it is mentioned somewhere in the third season that Yukito's true form Yue is unable to eat. This suggests that the reason Yukito has such a large appetite because he is eating for two. Near the end of the series, it is shown that Yue is losing his power and there is a strong possibility that he will disappear, so Yukito has to eat five times as much than usual. Yukito said "I eat and eat and eat, but I'm never full..." and feels very frail, which is a big worry to the survival of not only Yue but Yukito himself. 



Yue: On the outside, he acts cold, aloof, and is much more serious and intimidating than his counterpart, Cerberus. However, he was revealed to still have a kind heart. He shared a special bond with Clow that made it hard for him to accept Sakura Kinomoto as a "replacement" for his creator during the Final Judgement, although Sakura manages to work her way into his heart as a beloved friend. He had a very close intimate relationship with Clow Reed and was devastated and hurt to see that he had reincarnated, demanding to know why he was forced to chose a new master when he was content to wait for Clow Reed to come back. While he did eventually accept Sakura as his Mistress, he is still very quiet, preferring to observe rather than to speak, leaving that to Kero. He does take his duty seriously, protecting Sakura from attacks even when he had mixed feelings about her being the new Card Mistress. 

Any Unique Abilities/Skills:


As Yukito he can transform into Yue although he is not aware of his other form for most of the series and loses that time. Once he is aware, the transformation is willed.
Yue’s  powers are based on the Moon and his power comes from Eastern magic.
 
Shields & Barriers: Being a perfecter of the Clow Cards, creates strong magical shields and barriers, only breakable by either Sakura or Clow Reed.
 
Crystal Projection: After forming pure white energy in his hand, Yue can create crystal shards that multiply and fly at the enemy with incredible speed and cutting ability, this is likely due to his command of The Freeze or Water card.
 
Energy Control and Manipulation: Yue can also create streams of blue energy to use as a weapon. he can form it into other shapes, like a bow, which can fire energy arrows.
 
Clow Cards: Yue demonstrates the ability to either circumvent or manipulate the power of any Clow cards that fall under his jurisdiction. For example, he cannot be frozen using the Time card, or bound using the Wood card as both are under his jurisdiction. However, once Sakura transforms her star staff, he is unable to control the cards. Half of the deck are under his protection, and these are the only cards that can effectively be used against Keroberos/Cerberus, however no candidate would ever have to fight Keroberos/Cerberus. The Elements he controls are The Watery (his aggressive element) and The Windy (the gentler Element under his jurisdiction, and the only real gentle Element).

History:

Yukito- During much of the Clow Card arc, Yukito appeared as Toya's friend and would accompany him and Sakura to school. When Sakura began her quest to capture the cards, she ran into him several times in areas the cards were hiding in, or before she was heading out to find the cards. Strangely, he didn't seem bothered by Sakura's odd behaviour and would just shrug it off, promising to keep whatever she was up to a secret. Even when faced with some of the odd occurrences around town, he seemed unbothered by it, most likely due to subconscious influences from Yue. Some of the Clow cards also seemed aware of his true nature and would avoid attacking him when he was around.
 
As the series progressed and the Final Judgment came closer, Yue's energy would occasionally flare and bleed through to Yukito during the full moon. While Yukito himself was unaffected by this, it produced odd effects on those around him. Sakura passed out during the full moon when the pair were on a scavenger hunt. Fellow guardian Cerberus would occasionally sense Yue, but due to the fact Miss Mizuki possessed Moon style magic, he mistook her for the false form of Yue. Miss Mizuki, however, was fully aware there was something different about Yukito, and would give subtle hints to him, though he didn't catch on to her behaviour.

As a home economics project, Sakura made a teddy bear. It was decided that she would give it to Yukito, but not before Eriol Hiiragizawa helped finish it. When Sakura handed him the bear, it glowed with a red light, then Yukito fainted, and the bear grew to an exponential size. Sakura was forced to transform a new card in order to stop it.
 
Yukito stops by Sakura's house to drop off a school book for Toya, and as he is standing in the doorway, he transforms into Yue. Yue tells Cerberus that his magic is running out and that Sakura can no longer sustain him. He then mentions there may be another source, but doesn't tell Cerberus what that is. Sakura comes back and Yue instantaneously transforms back into Yukito. Naturally, he was a bit confused.
 
Later, Eriol notes that Yukito is having an even harder time than Sakura nowadays. Yukito thinks to himself about the blackouts he has been having and how worn out he has been feeling lately, and that's when Toya approaches him. Just as Toya was about to tell him something important, Ruby Moon falls out of a tree and interrupts. Annoyed, Toya leaves, and Ruby tells Yukito that with him as oblivious as he is, her job should be much easier.

Yue- Yue was mentioned constantly in the second half of the Clow Card arc when Sakura began to have dreams of the Final Judgment though at first it was Miss Mizuki who appeared in the dream rather than Yue himself. When Sakura first described her dreams to Kero and mentioned someone with cat eyes he remained silent until she left and while watching Sakura leave he warned her that someone was now watching her and she should be careful.
 
The closer Sakura came to the Final Judgment the more powerful Yue's presence became, especially during the full moon. Though Yukito was still unaware of his true nature, Yue's aura would occasionally bleed through during the full moon having a bizarre effect on those around him. When Sakura and Yukito were on a scavenger hunt, Yukito pointed out the early rising full moon. The aura bled through and caused Sakura to pass out from being so close to a stronger magic force but it assumed she was just tired at the time. Kero once sensed Yue's presence after the Dark cards attack but because of Miss Mizuki's presence he mistook her for Yue's false form.
 
Sakura was eventually alluded to of Yue's presence by the Light and Dark cards who subtly hinted to her "He's been right beside you all along" much to Sakura's confusion.
 
Yue makes his first appearance when Sakura, the Cardcaptor, captures the final Clow Card, The Earthy. He then announces that he must judge Sakura's worthiness: if she can defeat him in combat, she can be the Mistress of the Cards. Sakura, however outright refuses to harm him, in part because Yukito Tsukishiro, a young man for whom Sakura cares deeply, is his temporary form and would be likewise wounded.
 
Also, as she confirms in the manga chapter entitled "The Final Judgement" because of her natural determination to befriend even the most distant of people she encounters. At first, Yue was determined that nobody succeed Clow Reed, and even threatens to shoot Sakura when she tries to ask him about it.
Eventually, after transforming her staff to one of her own star power with some help from Clow Reed's Moon Bell, Sakura manages to nonviolently defeat Yue by capturing him in a ball of wind created by the Windy card. After this she finally asks her opponent about his love for Clow, and follows up with a speech in which she tells him that she would rather be his friend than his master.
 
When Sakura was trapped in her Alice in Wonderland book, several of her friends played the characters. Yukito was the white rabbit, running down a path because he was late for a meeting with the queen. Suddenly, he changes into Yue and flies Sakura up in the air. Once high enough, he drops her. In order to escape, Sakura needed to transform two new cards.

Unfortunately, the presence of his true form becomes too great for Sakura's magic to support him, especially since transforming all the cards into Sakura Cards is draining her energy, and the strain soon threatens his own existence and that of Yukito Tsukishiro . Since Yue represents the moon, his powers mimic the way the moon reacts to light; the moon cannot make its own, and it dependent on the light of the sun to shine, just as Yue is dependent on his Master's power for strength. Yue and Cerberus carefully keep this fact kept secret from Sakura, since there was nothing she would have been able to do about it, and telling her would have only caused her unnecessary worry.
 
Both Yue and Ruby Moon realize that Toya Kinomoto has the power needed to sustain his life. Ruby tries numerous times to get the power herself, but Toya, realizing it could save Yukito, gives his power to Yue. But, in return, Yue had to swear to protect Sakura with all his power.
 
Yue rushes to Sakura's aid in her final confrontation with Eriol, arriving just in time to save her and Syaoran from Spinel's attack. He was prevented from helping her for a time during the battle by Ruby Moon, but when Sakura falls crashing through the nearby trees, he overpowers his opponent due to what Spinel describes as "the power of the heart that believes in their owner."
 
He also helps her transform The Light and The Dark along with Cerberus by combining his powers into Sakura's staff. Later that night he confronts Eriol (who had left Sakura and company with Ruby to join him in the garden) about why it was that Clow made him go through all the pain and suffering when Clow had still existed as Eriol. Eriol responds that, though he has retained all of Clow's memories and most of his magic, he himself is not Clow Reed, and there is no way to bring back the dead.
 
In the second movie, it's shown that Yue's temporary form, Yukito Tsukishiro has become aware of Yue whom in the Japanese version, he refers to "the other me".

• Yue was created by Clow Reed along with Kero and the Cards and while never confirmed in the series, it is heavily hinted at that Yukito simply appeared one day and didn't exist before the cards had been released. 
  
• Yue was in quite a strong and close intimate relationship with Clow Reed. Clow Reed had expected Yue to fall in love with Sakura and vice versa however he soon sees that he was wrong in his assumption as Sakura loves Syaoran Li, and Yukito is in love with Toya.
  

 
Storyline Specific Information:


Magician’s Favour: Sakura is finally able to separate Yukito and Yue, giving the guardian his own body. However, he is still aloof, unsure if he should trust her and be her friend as she suggests, still hurting from the betrayal he feels from Clow Reed. Things don’t remain peaceful for very long, as a magician, one that Yue remembers from his time with Clow Reed is back, trying to get the cards one more. On top of that, he has to instruct his young mistress on how to properly decline marriage proposals she keeps receiving.

Yukito's RP Sample: Yukito couldn’t understand why he was so tired all the time, that an hungry. He had been studying with Toya for their upcoming exam, fighting the urge to curl up and sleep on the floor when his stomach let out an embarrassing rumble. Toya had simply smiled, told him to relax for a little while he went to make a study snack for them. He swore he had eaten before he came, not wanting this to happen, it was embarrassing despite how understanding his best friend was. He hated the fact that he was worrying Toya on top of everything, seeing the worried glances his friend would send him when the dark haired man thought Yukito wasn’t looking. Hopefully he could figure all of this out soon.


Yue's Rp Sample: Why? Why had Clow Reed done this to them? Why had he forced him to accept a new master if he was only going to reincarnate? It was true what Eriol said that he wasn’t Clow Reed any longer, he only has his memories and his powers. Yet, Yue was certain that it would have been enough for him. The pain, the rejection he felt when the young reincarnation had gently turned him away had stung, not that he show any outward sign of it.

 
It wasn’t as if he didn’t care for his new Mistress. She was kind, and always made such an effort to make sure he felt included and welcome in her life, going out of her way for him. She was so different from Clow Reed. The cards and his brother also adored her to pieces. He had never seen the cards react to Clow as they did to her. When her wing had caught fire in her final confrontation again Eriol and she had plummeted to the ground, he had never felt so angry when Ruby stopped him. He had been desperate to get to her, to make sure that she was all right. They were emotions he didn’t really have much familiarity with. It was eye opening to say the least.
 
Had his former master known this would happen? Had he and his brother been created especially with her in mind? He felt like he had so many questions yet no way to answer them. Deciding to put the matter aside for now, he refocused his attention to the magical training session that Kero was running in an effort to help Sakura’s abilities grow. She needed him here for her now, no lost in his thoughts somewhere. A small smile tugged at the corners of his lips as he watched her joy at being able to accomplish the spell she had been practicing. Maybe, just maybe, things were how they should be.

Few things:
Could you expand his personality and make his appearance section a bit longer (since he has two forms)? For example mention his body type, height and skin tone. For personality, you could tell about his likes and dislikes, how he views his duty, if he has any dreams or goals, if he changes during the story etc.
 
Oh, and can you mention that Yue was created by Clow rather than born?

For Yue, I literally looked everywhere on multiple other sites again just to see if there was anything I missed. I also rewatched all the episodes that Yue was in. He only appears in like 10 of them and doesn't really give away any personal details about stuff he likes or dislikes. I did what I could. Other than Yukito eating we really don't know much about him either. I wish they had gone into more detail xD
