Storyline Name: Mommy’s Little Girl

Plot Summary: In this story Chibiusa (Small Lady) feels a closer bond to Sailor Pluto. She feels as though her mother doesn’t love her because Neo Queen Serenity has been busy with her queenly duties. Small Lady spends a lot of time with Sailor Pluto causing the Queen to feel some jealousy towards Sailor Pluto. This also leads to the queen being a bit more reckless with the hopes that Small Lady will see that Neo Queen Serenity does care about Small Lady.

A new enemy is on the prowl and they are after Small Lady. One day Small Lady is out on the town, Neo Queen Serenity following at a distance. The enemy tries to attack, but fails because Neo Queen Serenity stops the attack on her daughter, but because she is limited in her powers- the Queen is severely injured and rushed to the hospital. This act causes Small Lady to realize how much her mother loves her. Small Lady confides in Pluto while waiting on the state of her mother. Neo Queen Serenity will be okay after some recovery, which will allow for Small Lady and Neo Queen Serenity to strengthen their bond with each other.

Details on any necessary information: This RP takes place in an Alternate Universe in Crystal Tokyo. The other senshi are still doing their regular duties, but when Small Lady is young, she discovers Sailor Pluto and a new friend who shares the same loneliness Small Lady feels. There is a new enemy attacking Crystal Tokyo, but their target is Small Lady because she is the next descendant to the throne.

Restrictions: Sailor Pluto, Neo Queen Serenity and Small Lady are the only needed characters for this role play. No otaku, villains and any other needed characters will be NPC’d by Pluto, Princess Moon or myself.

Small Lady woke early. She put on her dress and pulled up her hair in pigtails to the best of her ability. She walked towards her door, opening it slowly. She peeked out to make sure no one was looking before she snuck off to the time gate to see her closest friend. It wasn’t that she was forbidden to go to the time gate, her parents had just mentioned they’d rather her not go there.

She tiptoed until she got in the clear then she began to run, her lopsided ponytails bouncing in the air as she came to a stop in front of the time gate. 

“Puu?” She called out excitedly for her closest friend and mother figure.

Just as Sailor Pluto had expected, Small Lady was at her gate bright and early.

Smiling warmly, Pluto stepped out from amongst the lost wisps of time and revealed herself to the child. "I'm here, Small Lady," she called, looking upon the princess with love and adoration. All her life, Pluto was forced to live alone at the Gates, guarding them all day, every day, without anyone to grant her freedom. It was the responsibility she had accepted thousands of years ago, and a duty that she still held in very high regards. But she couldn't help but feel lonely and long for companionship.

But then Small Lady came around, and all of that changed. Now Pluto didn't have to feel that empty pang of loneliness in her heart. Instead, she felt warmth, happiness, and most of all, love.

With a broad grin, the Queen walked down the Palace’s hallways, trying to look as graceful as possible.
However, this was easier said than done. The news she just got were just too delightful and too rare to be calm.
 
“You’re done for today, your Majesty,” she recalled the servant’s words over and over again, her smile growing bigger and bigger and her eyes already welling up at the thought of spending a day with her daughter after all that time.
Increasing her pace, she trailed the floor-length gown, her hair already starting to fly in the air because of the headwind that arose with her speed.

“Small Lady,” the Queen shouted with excitement as she opened her sweetheart’s room, already turning the corner and looking at her bed. “I have some great news for you, Mommy is–”
Suddenly her smile faded away, instead, the only thing visible in her face was wonder. “Small Lady?”
 
With small steps, she entered the Princess’s room, first staring at the empty bed, then looking to the left and right to see if she maybe just got up to get something.
But after a few seconds she gave up hope. She wasn’t there.
 
Disappointment started to arise, her mouth corners were already turning down when she eventually found a servant running down the hallway.
“Excuse me,” she approached him friendly, trying to hide her sadness. “Did you see Small Lady?”

Small Lady smiled when she saw Pluto. She grabbed her dress so she would not get it dirty or trip on it. She ran to Pluto and opened her arms to give her favorite senshi a big hug.

"Pluto let's do something fun today," Small Lady said with a big smile on her face. If she was with Pluto, Small Lady would be happy no matter what.
