- Deep in the forests of Elysion, snuggled away in a wide copse of trees next to the great amphitheater housing the Stars of the Galaxy Cauldron Awards, sits a natural stage of bare earth, framed on either side with tall willow trees whose branches dance in the evening breeze, separated from a natural hill by a small, babbling brook. Standing on the bare-earth stage is Kyralih, dressed in her best Princess Uranus cosplay, talking excitedly to others offstage, hiding in the tall pines behind her. Beside her, Tsuki as Princess Neptune looks to the left of the stage thoughtfully, then moves forward, making last minute adjustments to awards; Alyssa as Princess Pluto rushes out from back stage, counting on her fingers, and pauses to say something to Kyralih. Yumi as Princess Saturn spots you easily, smiles a half smile, and calls back over her shoulder, drawing everyone's attention forward. As you and others like you take their seat on the soft hill, the Roleplaying Administrators take their place on stage, smiling out at you.
Princess Uranus spreads her arms wide in welcome. "Welcome one and all to our awards show! Tonight we will be honoring both storylines and roleplayers that make our Silver Millennium Roleplaying Section as bright and vibrant and as filled with life and activity as it is today!" She regains her composure, "Before we begin, I would like to thank everyone for their contributions to our section - everyone who visits and reads through our storylines, everyone who contributes to storyline ideas, everyone who picks and plays a character - all of you are vital to our community and are important to us!"
"To help illustrate that point, this year, along with the Awards, our presenters will be announcing all nominees put forward for each award, and these nominees may claim a cute prize in appreciation for the time and effort recognized by their peers."
She smiled, glanced behind her, then to either side, and shrugged. "Well, let's get on with the show! Next Up: Storyline Awards! Here are the [...] Categories for the Stars of the Silver Millennium Awards:" above, a screen drops down, announcing the categories, and the lights fade

As the categories fade and the area brightens, the administrators have disappeared from stage, clearing the way for award givers. Kyralih returns to the stage, alone, and stretches after a long and exciting night of roleplaying awards. The night is winding down, the fireflies drifting lazily through the air. Perhaps she's wishing everyone a good night? She finishes her stretch, massages the back of her neck, sighs dramatically, and bursts back with incredible enthusiasm, "AND NOW FOR SOMETHING COMPLETELY DIFFERENT!" "You see," she says casually, a hand on her hip, "It's quite a bit of work to keep things running smoothly around here, and the staff members of the Silver Millennium are often run ragged - totally not my fault~ - keeping the place in tip top condition! They're monitoring their sections, keeping an eye out for anyone who needs help and launching themselves forward to fit a need; they're reading every post in their areas, silently cheering from the sidelines at character's accomplishments, mourning at losses, and encouraging them in their low moments; they're joining roleplays, participating in challenges and events, offering ideas -- they're all over the place! And if you've ever wondered where the challenge ideas come from and the changes made around here originate, you should stick your head in on one of our staff meetings! It's nuts in there with suggestions and refinements! "To show our appreciation for our hardworking staff," she chuckled darkly, "We opened up nominations to give them specialized awards for their services... those awards will be handed out tonight, too. | NEXT UP... GODDESS YAMI! Goddess Yami was one of our first roleplay moderators. She's been here practically forever - like I looked back in the rp mod application archives, and when we opened in January 2012 we started off with two mods (myself and Alala(inactive)), added another mod in August (Athena(inactive)), and Yamichan in September, so of the original RP crew that's still in place, it's Saturn, me, and Yami XD  Yami's been an amazing resource for ideas and organization behind the scenes, but I think the rp section at large mostly knows her for her AMAZING CROSSOVER IDEAS and unbridled shitennou love This year she was nominated for 3 Silver Millennium awards, and when we asked players to name an award for Yami, these were the proffered titles and awards: SO Old (as a mod) She Needs a Walker Award Makes So Many Ideas for RPs That She Should Be Fined Award Most Likely to Promote the Shitennou Video Game Addict The Craziest RPer Shitennou RP Addict THE NEXUS OF EVIL (Thoroughly enjoying these) we put it up to a vote among the RP Staff that know her insanity best, Goddess Yami has been officially award the... She and the Selene-Hime (original Pluto) started constructing this Roleplaying Section back in August/September of 2011, just months after the forum opened, with VBabe coming in to lead the charge in October of that year, so Saturn has literally been here since the beginning. She's dealt with (AND CREATED) so many shenanigans that seeing her cute/sad current avatar just makes me side-eye so hard. You're trying to fool people, Yumi, but you won't fool me! | BACK TO MODERATORS! ANAIT ZELLEIRE The last name nobody can spell We dragged brought Anait (my forum bestie XD) in sometime last year to be our number crunching slave thankless intern roleplay assistant, to help out with / completely do the roleplay post counts for the Activity Card Tallies! She excelled (hahahaa PUN) at keeping counts accurate and putting together a spreadsheet that's pretty darn nifty to click through, and every month between the 1st and the 5th, she pours countless hours into counting and recording all advanced and relaxed posts made in the section. Eventually we needed a backup mod, and a mod for the welcome forum, so we threw her into Moderator training and she became an official RP Moderator for the Welcome and Announcement forums! You'll find her in practically all Hardcore Events I only dragged her into the first, I swear and several of the newer RP's in development! This year, she when asked for awards for Anait, the following were suggested: Mod Most Willing to do Repetitive, Boring Tasks Excel Lover The Lone Wolf Efficiency Award Most Fluffy Bunny Random Award Moderator with the Most Sass And when polled, the RP Staff decided that the award for her is most definitely... THE MOD MOST WILLING TO DO REPETITIVE, BORING TASKS! |

She's insanely active, and breathed life into the one-on-one roleplays that are so popular today! She's always willing to lend a hand and actively looks for people who need help so she can guide them forward and get them involved!
