| These points can be used to purchase on-line things like sprites that you see with some members' signatures, starshine. The shop to use them is in the Juuban Shopping Center section of the Galaxy Cauldron; specifically, it's the forum called "OSA-P". Yes, that means only members who have achieved the Lotus Crystal Rank can use these points, but lower-rank (Star Seed and Pyramidal Crystal) members who want to plan ahead for that time, like me, try to collect these points each month, despite that restriction on spending them.
That probably doesn't answer all your questions, starshine, but a staff member here can explain it better than I can. |
