I've been reading online manga scans and there are some things that I don't understand. I'll post my questions and doubts here.

Why does Michiru's mirror appeares to the other senshi (mostly Chibiusa) during super S? And why does Michiru calls Haruka "Alex" and Haruka calls Hotaru Jenny this one time?

I don't know if I could answer your first question without rereading that specific part, but as far as this goes, it looks like a case of bad translating or typo error. Maybe Alex and Jenny were at one time possible name changes? Who knows. I'm assuming this is the Mixx/TokyoPop translation so it wouldn't be very surprising. That version had a few errors like that in it.

Although I've been rereading and think it is that Michiru lend Chibiusa the mirror as I saw this. I think that it was (maybe) before the outers left with baby Hotaru that she gave it to Chibiusa. I have to look that up.

As for the 'Alex' thing, this was the first time they called her that.

Sailor Neptune gives Chibi Usa the mirror at the end of the S season when she, Uranus and Pluto leave with baby Hotoru. She promises Chibi Usa that they will return and that the mirror is a symbol of that promise.

As for the name of Alex, I believe that is what the anime dub referred to Haruka as. It's kind of amusing that the translators would make the mistake of including that in that spot though. I wonder if that scan you have is from a fan translation who got mixed up? Because I have the Mixx manga and they do not use the name Alex in that scene.

That's interesting! Cause in the English dub Haruka is Amara and Michiru is Michelle. I've seen on some old toys other names for them before they dubbed the S series, but the names def weren't the ones in that translation up there.

That's right! Amara and Michelle -- I remember that perfectly now.

Ok, so then I have no idea how Alex got put in there. The same for Jenny as Hotaru. Very odd indeed!

Well they are manga scans I'm reading online, they present it as (Mixx 1999 presents: Smiles). I don't know much about the past Sailor Moon manga publishers. I can't wait to buy the rest of the volumes, but I guess that won't happen any time soon. Damn two month in between

I'm wondering if they were rather early prints of the manga. Because i think the volumes may have been released after the Smile ones and perhaps they changed some stuff when they released them as graphic novels. The Smile releases occured during the Smile magazine run. There were also individual comic releases. I have a feeling that's what happened with the weird name changes.
