i think that way is good, you don't want to put to much to the signature, it already have the roses and the bookeh

I personally like the way it is as well. The placement of the roses and username are really nice, and I like the soft outlines.

If you wanted you could probably try a simple border around the edges of the banner to make the banner's boundary a consistent color.

I agree with everything that's been said, but one thing I can see is that the picture of Iron Mouse looks a little off? Maybe try playing around with the contrast or saturation to try and make her pop out more ^^ Or if you can try and get a better quality photo of her ^^ But other then that everything else looks really good ^^

Looking at it, is that Iron Mouse a recolor of another character? Maybe Chibiusa? I never noticed until now xD

As for the sig I think a border would look nice. Also playing with iron mouse's values and stuff.

Aah it was hte way the puffs on her arms and shoulders were done that made it look like the airbrush tool in PS. xD
