Anyone know why Tracey Moore, Serena's first North American voice actor, did dub episodes 1-11, 13, 21, and 41? What's with the random appearances after #11?

I don't know anything for certain, but I can imagine perhaps she had commitments or something that caused her to be unable to stay full time with the project or something along those lines. It seems with it being sporatic, she probably was back up for Terri Hawkes.

If I remember it slightly, Terri Hawks touched on the subject lightly stating that she took over for Tracey Moore but I don't know the full on answer why she couldn't continue the role.

But as Small Lady stated, she probably became a backup later on for Terri.

It could also be that the episodes were recorded out-of-order. In an interview, Terri Hawkes mentioned that sometimes they would jump around episodes, depending one which episodes were prepped first, which still needed editing, etc. so maybe Tracey Moore recorded episodes 13 21 and 41 before she left?

I wished she could have voiced more! I mean Terri did a great job but Tracey sounded just as good or even better, in my opinion!

Tracey definitely was a really good voice, and sounded the most like the original Japanese voice

It's kind of a shame she didn't dub Serena the whole way through, because out of all the DiC actresses for her, Tracey was the best. Sorry guys, but I just couldn't stand either Hawkes or Ballantyne.
