I was drooling over this set and tried to get one through a forwarding service, but Premium Bandai refused my EU credit card .

Managed to snag one off here this morning, before they went out of stock. I recommend checking that page every once in a while and maybe Nippon Yasan as well. They already had stock for the first batch but the second batch has not gone up for pre-order yet.
