Plot Summary:  Kinmoku was once a peaceful planet covered in beautiful foliage and oceans.Kinmoku, the planet that blooms eternally has two seasons, Spring and Summer. Olive Trees adorn most of the land. The seacost has sand of glowing orange, and fireflies come about every night. The planet is adorned in pinks, reds and oranges. The water always has the glow of orange. It is a planet that glows.

Princess Kakyuu lived happily, ruling over Kinmoku from her Rose Quartz palace.Her guardians, the Sailor Starlights were always by her side. Sailor Star Healer, Sailor Star Fighter and Sailor Star Maker dedicate their entire lives to protectiong the Princess and their home planet.

The Kinmokuans lived in harmony. Destruction fell upon the planet when chaos attacked. The Princess went into hiding, and the Starlights traveled to the distant planet Earth in search of thier beloved princess. During their stay on earth, they met Sailor Moon and her guardians, and helped in the fight against Shadow Galactica. After Galaxia was purified, the Starlights returned with their princess who was hidden in an inscense burner to their home planet.

Soon after, the planet was rebuilt and peace settled in once more. Now 3 years after the fight with chaos, a new evil has approached. The princess was killed in battle with the senshi of the underworld, Sailor Lucifarius.

Sailor Lucifarius and her sins, Sailor Asmodeus, Belphegor, and Leviathan's sole mission is to bring about the end of the world, and engulf the universe in darkness.
Sailor Lucifarrius and her sins plan to steal the Lotus of Soul from every living life form on earth. When the Lotus is shattered, the soul is lost forever, and the holder can never return to the world of the living, forced to spend eternity in turmoil.

The Starlights were left to avenge their princess with the help of the remaining senshi of their planet. In a galaxy filled with death, will the shining stars be reborn? Or will the flames of armageddon consume them?
Details on any necessary information: Seiya is now the temporary head of Kinmoku.

This is a great start  But I want to help you extend some points, just to add a little bit more detail. Let me break it down for you

Perhaps add a little description of Kinmoku. (Stating this is where some of the characters are from)  


Is this the same Chaos from Sailor Moon we are talking about? (I assume so, but always better to add it in

Who are the Senshi of the Underworld? I understand that Lucifarius is one, but who else? Where do the Starlights come into play? Is it Lucifarius vs the Starlights? 

Since the planet is destroyed, where does the current storyline take place? What exactly is going on in this battle? (Fighting over a sacred item, etc etc)

So those characters won't be important, and will only appear somewhat/not a major major role... correct?

Those are basically like the animamates. They will eventually die like most villains. I didn't want to kill anyone off of the RP I'm so sorry I'm so bad at this xD

And as long as this takes place during the Tokyo City Era, and not wayyy in the future, you are fine to place it in Tokyo City
