About 5 years ago, I bought this Sailor Moon manga boxet in a Chinese shop (in Canada though). It was about $40 and features three books, but has managed to cram the entire manga into it. Basically, one page features 4 pages, shrunken in size and labeled 1, 2, 3 and 4. It's in Chinese.

I've never seen this item for sale on eBay nor have I found any information regarding it. I'm thinking it's a bootleg, but I've never heard of bootleg manga before, so I just don't know  What do you guys think?

I'm not so sure. I've only seen the 18 volume translation, never this.

If this is a bootleg, it sure is a pretty one! It's incredible that they could cram a 18 volumes-long story into those 3 small volumes. (well, with ten pages per acts, it's possible, though) Are the side stories in it?

I was wondering, for how much would you be willing to sell it? I don't think I will buy, but I really want to know. How much did you buy them?

Also, which release of the manga is this based on? The tankobon, or the shinsoban?

Isn't it? ;w; I find it hard to believe it's a bootleg, but at the same time, I just don't know. But yeah, me too- I wonder how they could do that, even so. How could they only do ten pages per act? Ahhh, unfortunately no, just the main story :<

do they have like a logo or anything? i generally look for an official logo on stuff to help me figure out it's legitimacy..

like i bought a ronin warriors complete collection...however, it did not have an FBI warning, nor did it have the Bandai logo anywhere on the dvd cover. thus, we are pretty sure it's bootleg.
