I have here seeking your submissions for the Featured Video Game!Everyone has that one game that they could play over and over again - it's fun, it's entertaining, it has an awesome story, great graphics, and engaging gameplay - and you can't understand why people aren't flocking here to point at the screen and make funny noises with you about how awesome it is!- Spoiler:
Well, here's your chance to recruit! Submit a Video Game Featurette/Review for the Galaxy Cauldron monthly Newsletter! Get people hooked! Reel them in!How do you submit a featurette?
- Pick your favorite game, and get me some basic stats, like its platform, rating (ESRB rating), and a link to where it could be purchased (or a nifty gameplay video - those always catch my interest!)
- Write a short (200-300 word! (if longer is needed, try to keep under 500 words)) review, advertisement, or love letter to your game that you think others would enjoy reading and would make them want to pick up and play!
- Find a few art pieces for some color - preferably official (fanart requires tagging and sourcing and bleh)(though they are no doubt beautiful works).
- Find a link in this section of the GC that these fresh game-newbies can flock to once they've tasted of the wonderous video-game-mana to which you have introduced them, that they may squeal and explode in joy with you XD ((If no thread has been created yet for your game, WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?!))
Then what? PM me your submission (with all the lovely pieces, please!) with the PM subject reading: [Month] Featured Video Game ((where you replace [Month] with next Month's title. ((this board shall be a forever-board that I shall bump when I feel the need)).Thank you, and good day. Update! Those who submit a nomination or a submission to the newsletter will get a SUPER FANCY THEMED BUMPER~♥ and some Activity Points for their trouble!
