Character Name: Serenity Chiyoko Tsukino
Her formal given name, Serenity, is a traditional name now passed down to the first female child of the royal family. It is derived from the Moon's Sea of Serenity. Her second/informal given name 千代子 means "child of a thousand generations". It is a homage to the long line of successive rulers of the Moon Kingdom (and now the Earth Kingdom as well).

Appearance: Chiyoko stands at 5'9" (175 cm) and is considered quite tall. She has a slim and lithe build, and as she has reached adulthood Chiyoko's body type has changed from the straight, flat girlish figure to a fully developed woman's body. Her limbs and fingers are long and nimble.

Chiyoko's hair is a curtain of thick, voluminous silken tresses that fall in long, loose curls, and ends at about mid-thigh. It is multicolored with three layers of pure white (top layer), lilac (middle, lower layer; pinkish color in reference photo is incorrect), and pale, light blue (bottom layer). She has a blunt fringe. Generally her hair is styled in a loose, curly hairstyle.

Her eyes are almond shaped with thick, long, heavy lashes. They are a deep shade of liquid gold with flecks of rose gold. She is fairly pale, with a milk white even tone and no visible freckles, moles, birthmarks, or blemishes. But, she does have the standard golden crescent moon on the center of her forehead. Chiyoko's cheeks are a natural blush and her lips have a soft pink tint to them. 

Chiyoko's everyday wear is much more relaxed than most would expect. She prefers too look nice, but will always take comfort over fashion. Chiyoko prefers floral prints and lighter colors such as peaches, pale blues, white, cremes, soft blues, and beige. She is usually seen wearing a button up blouse or semi-formal shirt, and prefers to wear denim shorts or capris over a skirt, and her comfort is always preferred when choosing shoes. She prefers cooler, fall weather and has a large collection of sweaters and cardigans that is so abundant she is often teased lightly about having an "endless" supply.

Chiyoko attends a private women's university therefore her school uniform is different than Usa's. The school uniform consists of a white short-sleeved button up blouse, a dark red and gold striped tie, dark cardigan with thick white stripes that border near the edges, black blazer with the same thick white striped outlines also defining the pockets, and the university's crest on the left breast pocket. The skirt is a plaid, pleated, and approximately mid-thigh length. Chiyoko wears the approved knee-high white socks or black socks and low-heeled black Mary Janes. Reference photo.

Because of Chiyoko's desire to live a normal life she has been registered in school under a false name and a transformed appearance. This information is only disclosed to those that it is deemed necessary to keep in the know so that Chiyoko may have a normal life outside of the palace. Her false identity is Hanako Yamamoto and her appearance is changed with the help of a disguise pen gifted to her by her mother. In her "Hanako" identity she sports chin-length dark chestnut hair with a straight fringe and light brown eyes. She still retains her 5'9" height and build.

Personality: Chiyoko is well known for her grace, and demure personality among royal visitors. Anyone who has met her will thoroughly express how well-spoken, charming, and graceful the princess is. However, there is much more to Chiyoko's personality than just this on mask and she has striven to prove this. Typically this mask that she puts on in the presence of formal visitors to the palace such as ambassadors and visiting royalty from other planets and galaxies is sincere. She has endeavored to synthesize her various "selves" and to become her own person instead of being seen as just the princess, fearing that many who are not close with her will never know the true Chiyoko due to her own inability to show them. Chiyoko also struggles with self-doubt and becomes defensive, evasive, and anxious before she'll admit anything is wrong. She finds it difficult to “put her problems on others” and prefers to not “burden” others with her own struggles. Therefore she usually bottles up her own negative emotions.

At her core Chiyoko is warmhearted, sympathetic, empathetic, and puts others before herself. She harbors a passion for friendship and befriends others easily with an easy going, cheerful nature. But, she struggles to find a balance between finding her own voice and making others happy while also completing a synthesis of identity (being princess, being Chiyoko, being a normal student, and late on being Sailor Elysion, etc). Chiyoko possesses a trusting nature, and has a penchant for giving people the benefit of the doubt. She believes that there is good in everyone, regardless of their first impressions and past actions. She is good at reading others and, for her family and true friends, isn't afraid to be the bad guy if it means helping them.


However this does not mean that it is impossible to upset or anger Chiyoko. When her trust is severely broken she will waste no time in making it very clear that you have crossed her. Any attempts at getting on her good side when she is upset will require a well thought-out strategy and a fair amount of caution, and will usually result in a silent, cold shouldered Chiyoko. She can be difficult to receive forgiveness from when deceived in serious situations (she isn't angered about trifling things), and has been known to hold a grudge.

As the heir to the throne and having trained to be a senshi all of her life Chiyoko possesses a strong sense of responsibility. She is dedicated to her roles as a princess and future queen, and a senshi and will not hesitate to do what she believes is right. As a future senshi Chiyoko does not believe in killing innocent humans even if they have been turned into monsters. 

She becomes uncharacteristically talkative and sometimes flirty when over-exhausted, loves cute things, is terrified of the dark (she sleeps with a dim night light still), and believes strongly in supporting and protecting hers and others figurative and literal dreams. Her time spent in Elysion assisting her father in the dream gardens has largely influenced her outlook on others and herself.

Any Unique Abilities/Skills:
Ecopathy: The ability to create, manipulate, and speak to flora native to Earth and the Moon. This allows Chiyoko to influence flora native to both celestial bodies to do her bidding. She can create small flowers and other various flora out of thin air. She discovered this ability, dormant and later awakened by her grandfather while in Elysion, and has been trained by him specifically. She is not a novice, however at a more advanced stage she could control multiple forms of Terran and Lunar flora as well as create it out of thin air. She uses this skill to influence her gardening hobby as well as her assistance in Elysion helping her father take care of the gardens within that contain the flowers holding the dreams of all people.
The Golden Crystal: Generation of energy via the Golden Crystal; energy can be destructive or healing in nature, and is capable of purifying an individual of dark influence. Chiyoko has little to no power over the Silver Crystal since her sister, Usa, is Sailor Moon. With Chiyoko's influence stemming from Elysion it is her duty to power and utilize the Golden Crystal in a positive manner as well as to protect the dreams and beautiful dreams of others. 

History: As the eldest child of the royal family it had always been assumed that Chiyoko would awaken as Sailor Moon. As a result she has been trained to be Neo Sailor Moon from an early age up until her younger sister, Usa's, awakening. Usa's awakening came as a shock to everyone but the now newly awakened Sailor Moon's sailor senshi duties and training were quickly transferred from Chiyoko to Usa. This left Chiyoko feeling slightly abandoned and forgotten, as well as without a purpose beyond her royal duties, duties in Elysion, and everyday life. She was slightly bitter about this, but never expressed it.

So, Chiyoko's focus turned towards Elysion where most of her free time (when not with friends or Usa, or solely training to inherit the throne) had been spent since early childhood. Elysion had always been a haven for Chiyoko and a wonderful place for the princess and her father to bond. She had always cherished the beautiful, rolling hills that contained an endless array of gorgeous flowers all housed the individual beautiful dreams of all the people in the universe. Many times as a child Chiyoko had expressed her desire to take over caring for the Elysion gardens and temple whenever her father chose to step down, if at all. 


Her dream was achieved, in part, when [insert event here] and Chiyoko awakened as the newly realized Sailor Elysion, protector of beautiful dreams. Her acquired senshidom was in a way a realization of a small segment of Chiyoko's own beautiful dream and she accepted the position readily, resuming senshi training along side her younger sister. Having trained in Kyūdō all of her life Chiyoko's natural senshi-specific item/weapon was her yumi and ya (Japanese bow and arrow). It is capable of piercing nightmares and corrupted beautiful dreams in order to purify them, and can be used to eradicate protective barriers among others things.

It cannot be ignored that after Chiyoko's awakening as Sailor Elysion (and experience in battle) she has questioned the validity of senshihood more than once. Despite the pride of her duties that she feels, and knowing that the fate of the universe can and will potentially lie on her, her sister, and allied senshi there have been many times when Chiyoko has wondered if her senshidom is as valid as her fellow senshi's-- particularly Usa's. These thoughts have only increased with with the threat of an actual, true enemy approaching. Chiyoko fears that this will prove her unworthy of being a Senshi due to her conflicting feelings, and also drive her fellow Senshi to view her as invalid, useless, and unworthy of her title.

She is currently attending her first year at a women's private university studying botanical medicine and botany. All of her life Chiyoko has expressed the desire to be a normal person before she ascends the throne and has even gone to school all of her life under a created false identity and changed appearance. This information has only been disclosed to those that it is deemed necessary to keep in the know so that Chiyoko may protect her secrecy. Her false identity is Hanako Yamamoto and her appearance is changed with the help of a disguise pen gifted to her by her mother. In her "Hanako" identity she sports waist-length dark chestnut hair with a blunt fringe and light brown eyes. She still retains her 5'8" height and slender build.

Sailor Elysion wears a white bodysuit. Her sailor collar is white with three thin gold stripes placed close together near the edge. She has three-tiered shoulder wings that are a translucent sea green. Her short pleated skirt is white with a translucent sea green skirt directly beneath it. Where the skirt attaches to the body suit there is a v-shaped light blue waistband. Her front bow is white and her transformation brooch is situated in the center. Affixed to the waistband at the small of her back is a sheer light blue ribbon no longer than her skirt with a pair of white wings and a golden jewel in the center. Her tiara is the traditional "V" shape and bright gold with a light blue jewel in the center and a small teardrop-shaped jewel hanging directly from the bottom point. Her choker is a set of twin, thin gold metal bands. Her gloves are white and elbow length with a downward V-shape light blue strip of color at her wrists, the bottom point situated towards her fingers. She wears small golden studded earrings with golden crescent moons suspended from them. Situated above her bangs are barrette clips that are three gold pearls with three feather coming from them. Her shoes are white high heels with a pointed toe and a strip of gold pearls around her ankles; at the back of her heels are wings.

It was raining outside and Chiyoko had taken the first chance she had to leave the palace and head outdoors. On rainy days Chiyoko would often be relieved from her duties for the day and take the opportunity to stroll through the Crystal Palace's private inner gardens. There she would listen to the chirps and trills of songbirds as they went about their day, ignorant of the rain. She would always grab a translucence umbrella so that she could gaze above her at the rain drops splattering against the plastic.

The palace gardens were always beautiful, but when it rained she loved them most. The air was fresh and clean, and the whole world seemed to shift ever so slightly. Children played in puddles and pools of mud, couples walked hand in hand beneath a shared umbrella, and many a citizen stayed indoors to read or play games with their families. The possibilities that unfolded when it rained seemed endless, but to Chiyoko they were more importantly different.

Chiyoko was so lost in that as she strolled along the soft pitter-patter of cat’s feet didn't reach Chiyoko’s ears. A loud meow however did reach her ears and she turned just in time to see Phoebe, her companion, leap up into her arms. The princess let out a wordless exclamation of surprise as she barely caught the feline while making a desperate attempt to not drop her umbrella.

“There you are, Serenity. I’ve been looking all over for you.” Phoebe said, daintily licking her rain soaked paws. She squirmed slightly as Chiyoko shifted her small body.

"What for?"

"I thought we could enjoy the rain together." Chiyoko smiled at that and bent to kiss the cat's head. Today was going to be a good day.

Please keep in mind that my comments are intended to help you consider more angles and continue to develop your character. I don't mean any offense or harshness.

Why is "Eternity" part of her name? Are they using that as part of her royal title? Is she not a "Serenity?"

Why does she have such aggressive weapons? Considering her influences and general Sailor Moon themes, they seem a bit out of place. I'm not saying that it's "not okay" to have a sailor soldier with serious weapons, but they could use some explanation to work them into her story. A halberd and a spear aren't really related to dreams or light. She also doesn't use them for any of her attacks.

Is she a Sailor Moon AND a Sailor Elysian? Or only one or the other? It would be nice if you had some differences between her two forms. It would make sense for her to draw power from different influences for those forms.

For example, as a future Sailor Moon, she ought to have some control over a Silver Crystal. Due to her lineage, ability to manipulate the Golden Crystal would also make sense, but the Silver Crystal is pretty darn important in the Sailor Moon universe. Maybe in that form she would eventually have her own crystal that merges the powers of both. As a future Sailor Moon with dreams as part of her influence, it would be nice to see a blending of her Earth, Moon, and Elysian heritage to something unique.

As a Sailor Elysian, you could focus on the "dream" portion much more for both attacks, weapon, and design. She could have the Golden Crystal exclusively, with a Sailor Moon stand-in having the Silver Crystal. It would be nice to elaborate on why she is linked to Elysian. What is it about dreams and the protection of beautiful dreams that linked so closely with her? Is she "full of dreams"? Does she believe strongly in the dreams of others? There should probably be a personality or goal tie-in to her power source.

The picture that you're inspired by is very pretty, but could probably be intepreted in a sailor soldier way that is less war-like. With a realm like "dreams," physical combat seems kind of out of place. Maybe take elements of the color palette from that picture--the silver, the white, the pale blue accents, and the feathers. I think I've seen that character before, and she's supposed to be a swan. You could use feathers in reference to Pegasus rather than a swan, considering Helios is her father, and other aspects of Helios priest uniform. Your current mock-up looks kind of plain because it's so overwhelmingly white. There are some lovely shades of blue and gold and seafoam green on Helios' priest uniform that would make nice accents to her white uniform.

You might also want to establish more of the world that she lives in. Are Usagi and Mamoru still alive, or have they died? Was it natural death, or some kind of disaster? Has Crystal Tokyo changed at all? Is there life on other planets in the solar system? Are the castles of the sailor soldiers inhabited or still empty? Is Helios still a priest? Since she's Sailor Elysian, is she connected to Elysian similarly to the way he is? Is she studying to continue to protect the dreams of the people similarly to the way he is? Does he have someone he's training?

I'm going to try and make a uniform mock-up to illustrate what I meant about the white.

I don't take it as harsh or offensive at all! In fact it's incredibly helpful and really gives some great advice on stuff I've overlooked and/or have been struggling with and wasn't too sure how to address it. For organization I'll just go down the list of the what you mentioned and answer them in that order. ^^

Eternity is supposed to go into the whole Selenity/Serenity theme and to also celebrate the longevity of her people, kingdom, and bloodline. It is part of her official name and her royal title. So if she were addressed in a formal manner by a fellow royal or a servant (if they have those), or someone who was not on familiar terms with her they would address her as Princess Eternity, or if using Japanese honorifics, Eternity-sama. Chiyoko is technically her middle name and it means "Child of a thousand generations" both to again celebrate and represent the longevity of her people, kingdom, and bloodline. However, in familiar situation such as classmates, immediate family, and close friends she prefers Chiyoko or Chiyo.

Honestly I love halberds and spears and thought it would be really interesting to have a senshi with weapons beyond just a staff w/ powers like Pluto or an all powerful death bringing glaive like Saturn. You bring up a great point that they are definitely pretty aggressive and may clash with her theme too as either Sailor Moon or Sailor Elysion. I'm thinking if I keep any of the weapons, I'll probably keep the spear and it could perhaps... in the Sailor Elysion version pierce nightmares or something. I'm struggling with it a little bit and would love to include the spear as long as I could make a plausible reason and use for it.

She is going to be either Sailor Moon or Sailor Elysion. Basically, Chiyoko is only Sailor Moon if there are no other female Moon siblings in any roleplay I make that includes Chiyoko. She is Sailor Elysion in the instance that her sister awakens first and as Sailor Moon. I believe you asked a similar question in my roleplay idea thread and I answered it better there. But if you need more in-depth stuff, feel free to ask. ^^ 

Yes, I agree. Dreams and protecting Beautiful Dreams is super important for her is she's Sailor Elysion and I think I really lost sight of that since I was I guess sort of blending Sailor Moon and Sailor Elysion versions of her together. I wanted to include that she controls the Golden Crystal while her sister/Sailor Moon controls the Silver Crystal, but I wasn't sure how to describe that in depth and without making the Golden Crystal too powerful. So far the only description of the Golden Crystal that I have is this: "Generation of energy via the Golden Crystal; energy can be destructive or healing in nature, and is capable of purifying an individual of dark influence (note: she does not have complete control over these just yet)." I'm not sure if that is accurate or what and I didn't want to go all power crazy with it. Her connection to Elysian is through her father, Helios. She does absolutely believe in the dreams of others and protecting them whether she's a senshi or not. She is full of dreams too and a very early version of her had Chiyoko 'working' as a pseudo-priestess in Elysian. But I'm not sure if that would integrate well or seem forced, or even exactly how it would workout. Personality-wise Chiyoko definitely has a focus on ensuring other's happiness and achievement of dreams before herself. It's hard to put into words for me, but she definitely is supposed to seem like a good candidate for being a guardian of dreams.

I've been struggling with her fuku for forever, and I'm hoping that with the eventual release of the newest sailor senshi maker (oh goodness, please let it be soon!) I can really get a more detailed, precise version of what I'm thinking. Especially taking in your great recommendations. I'm certainly not an artist so I have to rely heavily on the current sailor senshi maker and reference photos in order to put what's in my head into a more concrete visual representation. These color schemes and the feathers idea is great! Thank you!

I brought up the "Eternity" comment because I think having a different royal name would be useful if it's being used to distinguish her from a sister, but otherwise it seems somewhat odd given the a) history of naming daughters "Serenity" and b) the fact that it doesn't really relate to Elysian--her father's realm--either. Also, Princess Serenity is named for the Mare Serenitatis (sea of serenity) on the Moon. (In addition to the obvious inspiration of the Greek goddess Selene.) There isn't a "sea of eternity" in the lunar maria. "Eternity" and "Serenity" are similar-sounding words, but that's where their similarities end. I think it would strengthen your character if you continued to explore ideas for her royal title as princess. There are all sorts of dream-related, Moon-related, mythology-related options out there. For example, if you are going to work off of there being two princesses, Homer's Odyssey mentions two offspring of Helios named Phaethousa ("radiant") and Lampetia ("shining"). Those names are a bit of a mouthful, but they could be a starting point to find other related names. I can understand your thoughts about the people being long-lived, and it's a really minor point in the long run, but I wanted to bring up that it doesn't actually fit any of the established themes.

Keeping the spear and using it for piercing nightmares seems more thought out than giving her multiple weapons just because they seem like neat weapons. That's not to say that neat weapons aren't great--because they are--but it will make your character more well-rounded if you can explain and incorporate them into who she is and how she fights. n_n

As for the Golden Crystal, you're somewhat lucky and somewhat unlucky that not much of its powers were established. Lucky in that you can interpret it, but unlucky in that there's not a lot to start with. We know that the Golden Kingdom was the origin of the Golden Crystal (and then Sailor Moon was able to use it in the modern timeline), and that it ties to Endymion's past and the existence of Elysion. I think it would be nice to keep the anime tidbit about the power of the dreams of the people of earth being amplified through the Golden Crystal. In that way, it doesn't just rely on Sailor Elysion's strength of heart to use it, but also the dreams of people of her realm. She protects their dreams and in return can draw power from those dreams. It was mentioned in canon that it has destructive or positive power depending on who is manipulating it, so that part in your description seems fine.

She doesn't necessarily have to work as a priestess, but perhaps she's helped her father out with some of his duties--similar to how Rei helped her grandfather at the shrine, but without necessarily being a full-time shrine maiden as Rei was. I'm sure it's quite a lot of work for Helios. You could use that to expand on her relationship with him and Elysion and the power of dreams. If she's close to him, and she's close to Elysion, linking her to the power of dreams doesn't seem like a stretch at all. It always sounded to me as though Elysion was a sanctuary. You have the crystal forest and all of the animals and the glittering sky and the gardens, and in the anime Helios takes in the Amazon Trio once they have received human forms. Sanctuaries require a lot of work to keep them running.

Okay, I do actually plan to sketch something, since there are limitations to the dress up doll designer right now, but I mocked up this based on a study of Helios' outfit.

Elysion:

Okay, I see your points. I really love Eternity as a name, but if it really does seem like it sticks out I'll definitely look into other options. :> But for now, I may leave out an 'official' title until I do settle on an appropriate one that I like. The two descendant's of Helios are definitely great starters but I can agree with you when you say they're a mouthful haha. Besides just taking Greek and/or Roman names do you think it would be appropriate to look into dream, moon, and mythology related names in Japanese culture? After all her grandmother, Usagi, did grow up in Japan after being reborn and that surely influenced ChibiUsa to a degree while living with her mother as Sailor Moon/civilian Usagi.

Yeah I'll definitely get into looking a more concise and tied in with Elysian purposes for the spear. If I feel that it just won't work and I can't integrate it I'll probably cut it.

Yes, that's what I'm thinking. She thoroughly enjoys Elysion and she is in fact incredibly close to her father. She loves her mother too, but I think that shared link to the world of dreams, even before she became a senshi, really brought Chiyoko and her father together. I definitely want to start incorporating a strong influence from Elysion and her father into Chiyoko's personality as well as her involvement in Elysion.

That's a really great first draft! I agree that there are definitely limitations with the current senshi maker. I'm thinking of making some drafts for her as well and I could share them with you if you like. Hehe I wish I could draw. XD

I don't draw very well, so don't get your hopes up too much. XD I just think there's a lot of room for interpretation when it comes to a sailor soldier influenced by Elysion.

I think that if you were going to look into a name that was based on Japanese culture/language as a formal name, it might stick out due to the fact that the Sailor Moon universe loves the word "princess" as "purinsesu" instead of "hime." "Japaneseword-hime" doesn't sound awful, but "Purinsesu Japaneseword" might be kind of weird. That's not to say you couldn't do it. Just try to think of how it will sound.

True. Haha finding a name for her besides one I like is hard. I'm so tempted to stick with Eternity, but as you mentioned it sticks out like a sore thumb now. x3

Haha, sorry! I've been designing Sailor Moon-inspired characters for a long time now, and the more I deepen my Sailor Moon facts the more I find that aspects I once thought were great now seem so incredibly out of place. XD It's just kind of how it goes! You see that she's called "Princess Serenity" and it seems like, "Oh! If I come up with another name that ends in 'y' or 'ity' it will be PERFECT," but then you think about the fact that she's named after a combination of the Greek goddess and one of the lunar maria and suddenly those other names are weird. It's something I've done before. More than once.

Yeah, it's definitely something to keep in mind. Now I've got to buckle down, do my research, and find something great!

I really like your choice of the bow and arrow, along with your description of how they'll be used. I think you've incorporated them as a suitable weapon for her powers. Her history has a nice focus on dreams and Elysion, too! I look forward to seeing how her attacks will develop.

I think her alter-ego sounds well suited to give her the kind of daily freedom and opportunity for friendship that she craves so badly. It's hard being the Princess. :3 I also think it's sweet that she received the Disguise Pen as a gift from her mother; it seems like the sort of thing that Chibi Usa would do for her daughter. I feel like she would be the kind of mother who would still remember what it felt like to be out of place and suffocated by responsibilities and expectations, and would try to find a way to help. The Disguise Pen at least keeps her daughter in her same timeline, unlike sending Chiyoko back into the past or forward into the future.

This is super nitpicky and not important in the slightest, but I think it would be nice if her bow and arrow set had a name. (Just because all Sailor Moon "formal" weapons have names--but at the same time, it's not like she'll ever have to call it by name so it's not essential in the slightest.)

Thank you! I was really trying to figure out how to incorporate the original spear into her whole senshi role, but as you said it just seems too violent in a way. So I remembered that I had Kyudo as a hobby for Chiyoko as well as Kagome and Kikyo from Inuyasha with their role and with a bow and arrow and I was really inspired! I'm glad her history seems to include enough focus on dreams and Elsyion. ^^ I was really worried that I had seemed to have glossed over it far too quickly.

"Hanako" has the same hobbies and everything as Chiyoko, but unless someone knew Chiyoko as well, Chiyoko, they wouldn't connect those hobbies and likes, etc. to the princess. "Hanako" is just your normal girl going to school and studying what she loves. I'm glad, too, you get that impression about the Disguise Pen as well since, without 'telling' it, that's how I really envisioned it being with Chibiusa and Chiyoko. Chiyoko and her mother have an incredibly strong bond in that Chibiusa does want the best for both her children, and definitely wants to ensure that her daughter has a normal, safe life. For her, this is such a relief compared to having to send her back to the future and away from her parents and to a place where no one knows her. Chiyoko's bond with her father is equally just as strong through other influences.

Yeah I think it'd be cool to have a name for it. But, it's not entirely important right now. However, do you have any suggestions? ^^ I'd definitely worry about naming it once I have some of my own ideas, and perhaps a few from you, as to where to begin with naming haha.

I think it does well in keeping with the spirit of her role and heritage. Like I said, I'm looking forward to seeing her use it for her attacks! (And for a name, maybe something like "Morpheus Bow," as Morpheus was the Roman god most commonly associated with dreams?)

And I think Chibi Usa and Helios sound like they're doing pretty well at that whole parenting thing. :3

Yay! I'm glad! I an see them as really earnest, caring, loving parents who want the best for their children. But they're also not the type to spoil or be tyrants on the opposite end either.

I think that once you've got the written description of her uniform, the written description of at least one attack and/or power, and the RP sample you should be set.

It never hurts to continue to work on a profile or character, even after they've been formally submitted for something. As you keep developing her, you could have notes or additional fields on your own "personal" profile of her. It's good record-keeping and nice reference when actually writing or RPing.

Oh definitely! I'm always changing and developing characters when it's for the best. ^^ Nothing is ever perfect.  I think we're really close to getting a concrete senshi uniform for her now thanks to your AMAZING help. I'm still struggling with the attacks but I'm hoping to come up with something soon. I know for sure we I need something that incorporates the Morpheus Bow.

For her attacks, I think it would be nice to give her--at least for starters--one corrupted-dream-vanquishing attack with her bow and one "WHOA GET THE *censored* AWAY FROM ME" lets-try-and-get-some-time-to-figure-out-what's-going-on less-powerful attack.

For example, Sailor Moon starts off with Moon Tiara Action (or a re-worded version of the same thing). Generally this causes damage, but even though it kills the first few monsters she quickly gets upgraded to Moon Healing Escalation. She still uses Moon Tiara Action every once in a while just to get an enemy to back off or to distract them, etc. Since Elysion is more Sailor Moon-esque I think she deserves the two attack tiered system for her first "level" form. (Most of the other soldiers only have 1 attack for quite a while...)

So two attacks. #1 is a corrupted ream vanquishing one and the other is offensive/defensive depending on the enemy's attack? I can see this. ^^ I'll get to thinking of some ideas and put them here for critique.

I'm also thinking of changing her eye color to a liquid gold (after manga-version Helios) or maybe a light lilac or similar color to match her hair and give her a more uniqueness so she's not a carbon copy?

I think that liquid gold, maybe a darker shade of gold, would be pretty. Eyes that match hair can get kind of boring. Her hair has so many colours that some contrast might be nice. If you did stick with blue, I think a blue like the crystal forests of Elysion would be pretty~

I think I'm going to do gold to shake it up and I'll change the description of her eye color in the profile. ^^
