Hello! As you have all noticed, we have rolled out some change in the layout of the site. Our homepage is now a Portal, where you can log in, view our affiliates, and much more. We have also added a side bar for in forum browsing.

We would like to hear what YOU have to say about! Please be sure to vote in the poll!

I need to get used to it (I'm a creature of habit) but I know I'll love it!

Right now I'm really not sure. No one really had any idea about this happening or at least I didn't so it comes as a surprise to me. It really is a bit of a change. Guess I will just have to get used to it. I'm not sure if I really like the sidebar or not. I mean it is nice but it seems just.. in the way.

I don't mind the change, although the sidebar being stationary makes the rest of the pages look off kilter. I'm no programmer, but if you can make it scrolling ...? I think it'd improve the look a lot. (Just my two cents' worth, though.)

I had members let me know it makes them feel dizzy.

I have no feelings about the portal, but the sidebar is badly aligned with the rest of the page and I'm finding it irrationally annoying. I want the boxes to start at the same level, rather than the sidebar sitting level with the 'new topic' button etc. Right. Now I've shown you my ocd. But that's basically the only problem I have so far.

I love the portal. The sidebar I'm not sure I'm a fan of. The other forum I frequent has one, but there's a button that allows it to be hidden, so I never see it.

I'm not sure if this forum host is capable of it, but I'll look into it when I have more time ^^ I think that would be the best option for people ^^

Doesn't phase me too much. It's a good change though.

I think it might help to know what everyone is using as a browser? To me it looks fine on IE 8 but I am used to the side bars and everything. I like it better this way then the rather large forum like blocks it was in.

Also option 4 and 5 are the same aren't they? In the poll or am I really tired and not noticing the difference?

Noooo, I noticed them too, one is supposed to say keep the side bar, not the portal, and one is supposed to say, keep the portal and on the side bar... Buuuutt.... If I went back and changed it it would mess up the vote count because it would show some one voted on it when they didn't..

Not a big fan of change, but I'll get use to it. Just don't be like facebook keep changing everything XD I like the latest topic box thingy.

Kidding aside, I haven't noticed much of a difference. The sidebar is nice although arguably redundant due to the same options beings available at the top of the page. But the Portal appears to be a nice way to quickly catch up on forum related affairs.

I've updated the width of the Forums, What do you all think, and do you like it? I know that messaging was a little cramped..

I almost didn't notice. Its sometimes hard for me to tell because I am on a widescreen monitor. But it seems good to me!

At first I accidently set it to 100% and it was crazy! O_O

but I quickly changed it to 90%. So if people like this, I can leave, or even make it a bit bigger. I don't want to do 100% though.

It was at 80% previously.

90% is good.
