Yeah, I feel you there. I just watched some bits for the challenge yesterday and it's pretty obvious why you wouldn't really want to sit through and translate it if you don't like it.

Great that you're keeping up with the releases. I hope you will speed up a bit at some point as I'd love to finish the show before I go to Japan in autumn :3

I dunno if you follow our tumblr but my translator just posted last night that she finished the last episode and now just needs to go back and clean up, proof read before she passes the rest on to me.  After PGSM, we will do a few other things (like Act 0 and stuff) but we will probably be taking a long break.

We've been at this for almost two years now so I think we're both a bit burnt out on Sailor Moon (and the fandom >.>). Our translator more so than me, but it'd be nice to take a break and work on some technical things on the site and maybe revamp the design at some point.

So other than that kinda stuff I'm not sure what sort of projects we will end up doing after this.

I might haved missed that post due to different time zones (and friends that post tons every night xD).

Act 0 and the Special Act would be awesome. Did you think of doing Kirari Super Live too? So far, I've only seen a group named Ryusei Fansubs who did that, but I don't think they exist anymore. I just got the file in a huge pack on a site with Sailor Moon downloads years ago.

Btw. I still love you for translating Jupiter's "hogo no Senshi" line in La Reconquista correctly. Miss Dream still uses "honoo no Senshi", despite having the correct Kanji directly next to their Romaji version. It always bugged me that everyone wrote Jupiter was the "blazing guardian" because it didn't sound correct in context. Turns out it wasn't

I'm not too sure about Super Live yet. That's up to the translator since she does a large bulk of the work.

I never realized MD made that mistake, but I only watched La Reconquista once with their subtitles. lol

I checked the lyrics on their site earlier and I've also seen it when I used their Subs of PE for screenshots. But they already did that in LR and I always thought it was weird xD While I do understand that it's easy to mishear, it's a bit weird that they didn't even correct it once they had the correct kana lyrics. Oh well.

Btw., just watched PGSM Act 12. As usual, the subs were wonderful

It has been quite some time since I bumped this thread oops fail webmistress fails buuuuut if you haven't checked on the site in a while I'm happy to say that we have (for quite some time now) 100% completed PGSM!  We also have plans to release the DVD recording of Amour Eternal in the near feature and possibly another large translation project if everything works out well (we will see, things are a bit tentative right now).

Don't forget we also feature downloads of every single recorded musical (that's 25 shows!) along with the new 20th Anniversary shows up until Un Nouveau Voyage. Also the 3 Sailor Moon anime movies, the 20th anniversary music concert and a comprehensive Myu lyrics section!

I took a peak in SeaofSerenity.net and I liked every part of the site. Keep the site open for eternity (which rhymes with serenity, LOL).

Omg nice, thank you for subbing that new musical because right now it's only available in Spanish and I'm not fluent enough to understand all of it lol. I want to start PGSM soon and thanks to your site I finally have someplace to watch it. [I wanted to start it earlier but didn't get around to it yet. I did watch one of the musicals though per your suggestion; the SuperS one with the weird rabbit monkey creatures in the woods]

I'm assuming you meant the Kirari Sailor Dream Concert right? xD Annnd I won't give any definites because that's up to the translator on what projects she feels like she can take on but I'll let her know that the concert and good byes location tour were requested!

It's been a while since I've posted in here! We haven't had a whole lot going on site wise. The Le Mouvement Finale DVD has been ordered and I'm waiting for it to come in so we can get started with subtitling that.

Other than that, whenever I have time, I've been making videos of each song from each old Musical to put up on youtube. So far, I've got all of Dark Kingdom's songs and most of Ai no Senshi's songs. I would consider doing the music from the new musicals but those always get taken down due to copyright notice, so that's not really an option right now.

If there's any specific song you'd like to see up on youtube that you always have trouble finding or at least finding with english subs, let me know and I'll get it uploaded for you!

Not really, at the moment. We are small and don't have as much notoriety in the SM fandom like Miss Dream does. I would think we would have gotten a take down request by now anyway because Miss Dream even links us on their site for their guide.

My guess is the people behind that (King Records) did a google search for "Le Mouvement Final", or some other variation of, and saw that the first hit is Miss Dream's site. You do the same for the other musicals, excluding La Reconquista and its about the same. Miss Dream is within the first 5 hits. I don't think this would've happened had there not been a Western cinema showing of Le Mouvement Final because Miss Dream has had their downloads up for years. Does this mean anything for officially licensed release of new Myu? Dunno. Guess we'll see. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

By summary of Sera Myu, do you mean kind of like a summary of each musical? I had originally wanted to do something like that along with a song list and cast list but I feel like it's kind of redundant since so many other fansites and wikis have all that information. Though at the same time....it would be quite convenient for it to be all in one place for me. XD

Yes by summary, i want to say just a summary of each musical. Not song list and cast, just a summary. For new people in sera myu it's important i think, because there are lots of myu... After you can make a section with best songs or others things but the principal is the little summary^^

Hmmm I'm not sure. It was an idea we had in the beginning that we never did anything with. Then whenever I'd think on it, I had no idea where to start. Maybe I should ask GC members what makes the musicals confusing at first and what info would be nice to have before hand to watching? Cause I know some things we do cover in the translators notes. So....yeah. XD yet another project to think about XD
