Age: His age depends on what planet he is on. In earth years, his age is 41 years old, though, because he was born on another planet and his extensive use of cryogenic statice while space traveling, which virtually freezes the aging process, he may be 41, he has the physical body and strength of an 18 year old athlete.

Appearance: It is completely unknown what he actually looks like. He wears an advanced suit of forest green Halo Spartan armor. He stands at a height of 7'2". Absolutely no one knows what he looks like. The maker of the Halo games have NEVER released what he looks like.

Personality: As with all Spartans, Chief strives to win at anything at any cost except losing human life. If a human life is in danger, he will not hesitate to put his own life at risk to save the one in danger. Chief is generally stoic but is not devoid of a sense of humor. He often makes dry remarks about the situation at hand, but was more frequent in doing so with Cortana, his 8 year AI friend who has recently entered rampancy and died (rampancy is when an AI literally thinks itself to death)
Master chief is also a man of word his word and will strive to keep any promises made. He was once forced to leave behind Cortana but promised to come back for her. Cortana urged him not to make a girl a promise he knows he can't keep, still he did return for her.

Unique abilities: Because of the Spartan programs augmentations on Chief, he now has super human strength. He has several small devices that are very useful to him. The first is a device called armor lock, which will, when activated, encase the one who is holding the device, in an energy shield capable of deflecting any incoming fire. He also has a jet pack. He also carried an assault rifle, two Magnus pistols, several grenades and a knife.

History: Born on March 7th, 2511, John lived with his mother and father in Elysium City, on the colony world of Eridanus II. He was a very active and strong child which is why the Spartan program had kidnapped him and replaced him with a clone so that his parents would not notice. When the founder of the Spartan program went to study John after a very large string of victories of a brutal version of King of the hill and learned that he has a very large strong of luck. He was then re stationed to Reach for more intense training and it is then when the intense augmentations began. These resulted in 30 subjects dying from the augmentations with John being one of the few who survived.

RP sample: Master Chief was sitting quietly on the steps to the temple Rei worked at, thinking about his life before the freak time traveling accident that sent him back to the 21st century. There wasn't much to thinkin about. Nothing but war, violence, destruction and nearly more then 2/3 of the human race being destroyed. All those people he killed. Weren't really people. Savages, is what he thought of them. Traveling millions of light years just to kill all human life. But it was all over now. Humanity had been saved. And it was all because of him. Suddenly, he heard footsteps behind him. He remained motionless. "Hey...." It was Ami. She held out her hand. Something was in it. Something small, like a flash drive but a little bigger. He quickly snatched it from her hands. "Thanks... I've been looking for that."
Ami looked at him with big, sad eyes wondering why he seemed so depressed. "You're welcome.." She said, trying to take a better look at the small piece of metal in Chiefs hand. He didn't out it away. He held it close to him, and just stared at it. "What is it?" Asked Ami. Chief didn't answer. He remained silent. Ami then bent down and looked at him. "If something is wrong, you can tell me."
Chief remained quiet and was still looking at the piece of technology as Ami then stood up and walked back to her friends. Chief remained still. "Don't make a girl a promise. If you know you can't keep it..." He remembered a dear friend say to him.

((EDIT: Forgot to put this in. If you are wondering, if he is from the 26th century then why is he in the 21st century? Well it is because, and I'm just making this part up, he went through a split space portal and something glitches up and sent him back I'm time))

Hmmm, sorry, I am unsure as to what is causing your problems with the editing post. I've never heard of this problem before. Could you perhaps send me a screenshot in a PM of what you see when you are in the edit page? Maybe I can figure out what is wrong by seeing what you see, and will be able to help you further! =]

As for the character profile content itself, I have gone through it more thoroughly and while the information is good and it is complete, I must ask that you rewrite it in your own words. We always ask that the profiles be written in a member's own words, so that we know they have a full understanding of the character they wish to play.

If you do continue to have problems with the edit post function, you can reply in this thread with the edited post, and I can add it in to the first post myself. I think that might work best, if no other options can be found :3

Thank you! It looks good. Since this is an Advanced profile, could you add a few more sentences into his appearance? I know you say that it is unknown what he looks like, but maybe you could mention why? Does he never take his armor off?

The last thing is that I just realized there is no RP Sample attached to this profile. Could you please write up an RP sample of at least 100 words using this character? =] It can be anything you'd like it to be about!
