Welcome to Weekly Graphic Challenge!

The rules and full information have been posted in this thread right here for you to read, so I will not be posting the full thing here. However let's recap the general information and rules of this competition.

Challenges start every Monday.
All entries must be turned in by Sunday night, September 22nd 2013.
Voting will begin on Monday, September 23rd 2013.
(This is extended since this is the middle of the week + school has started for a large number of us)
All Skill Levels may participate.
No participation is required and you may join as many challenges as you like.
Each Week a new thread is posted and the themes for each Category will be listed,
you may submit a graphic for every Category if you so choose.
(This means you can submit a total of 5 graphics each week)
Your graphic will ONLY be put with other members of your skill level.
Graphics will be submitted to this Google Form to help keep NQS's inbox clean.

ADDED: You will earn points for Participation, even if you don't win. Plus an extra 5 points for every category you participate in. (25 points extra no matter your level each week)


Rules

1. Before joining a Challenge, please sign up with your Skill Level.
   
2. If you win three times at a skill level you will automatically be moved up one level.
   
3. You may choose to Go up a Level at any time, no wins needed.
   
4. You may drop down one level once.
   
5. Any Graphic that does NOT fit the specified size will be disqualified.
   
6. You may submit a graphic for every category if you choose.
   
7. No using previously made graphics.
   
8. No sharing your work with any members until voting is done.
   
9. No pressuring others into voting for your stuff.
   
10. NO SIGNING your work.
    
11. NO FAN ART UNLESS IT IS YOUR OWN, OR YOU HAVE EXPRESS PERMISSION.
    
12. All Graphics must be Sailor Moon related. (aka the anime, manga, myus, pgsm, and otaku)
    
13. I Reserve the right to request proof via a screencap at any time of this permission.
    
14. These Rules may change at any time.

Category 1
{100x100 Icons}
Theme: The Cats' Human Forums

Category 2
{110x170 Avatars}
Theme: Battle Items

Category 3
{450x150 Signatures}
Theme: Super Sailor Venus (MUST BE SUPER FORM ONLY)

Category 4
{500x700 Posters}
Theme: Civilian Usagi (no princess/senshi forms)

Category 5
{1235x400 Header/Banner}
Theme: Fear



Use may interpret these themes as you wish,
however you may be asked to defend your position on it if there is confusion.
