I recognize this picture so much, but I can't figure out which episode it's from, and it's bothering the hell out of me. I tried going to the Masahiro Ando Wikimoon page (I can definitely tell it's his art) and checking the episodes from there, but I still haven't found it yet. I feel like it's from Sailor Moon S, but I'm not 100% sure.
