facets of her personality are taken from the anime.

Physical Description (include clothing generally worn):
CereCere is of slender build and of average height. She has long pink hair
that's often done up in an ornate style (two thin rings of hair and two long
pigtails, as well as a bun on her head) and several yellow bows. Much like
Chibiusa, she also possesses unnatural red eyes. Her Amazon outfit is often
used as casualwear, which consists of a bikini top and bottom in varying
shades of medium and dark pink, and a bottom of similar colors. Underneath
that is a yellow skirt, and a pair of bright pink tights that cut off just
above the ankle. On her feet she wears a pair of slippers. There are seven
flowers on her outfit: two on her wrists, one around her neck, one in the
center of her bikini top and two on each side of her waist. Finally, there's
one on her forehead. She also has a pair of floral earrings. She also has a
'civilian' outfit, which consists of a bright yellow dress. It's sleeveless
and cuts off above her knees.

Personality: CereCere is the most mature of the Amazoness
Quartet. She's kind and even tempered, and while serious, does it in more of
a refined manner, rather than one that discourages light-heartedness. She is
also very motherly, acting as a mediator during internal conflicts and taking
special care of not only her companions, but Small Lady as well. As the
oldest member of Chibiusa's guardians, she takes her duties very seriously,
taking a role similar to Sailor Venus as both a leader and double in times of
political distress. While the Amazoness Quartet can be a handful for her, she
and the other members share in incredibly close bond, often mistaken for
sisters. Although they are not blood related, Cerecere considers them an
actual family, which is why large fights among them cause her high amounts of
distress. However, she also has a lazy side, not one for physical activities
that extend beyond her duties. CereCere is sometimes considered vain by those
who aren't familiar with her, as she does have a penchant for her appearance,
and a preference for the more extravagant. Fluffy beds, elegant ball gowns- even
her uniform from the Dead Moon Circus is made of much nicer fabric than meets
the eye.

Any Unique Abilities/Skills: CereCere is considered the "master
of flowers". While part of Nehellenia's Dark Moon Circus, she was able to use
her flowers to hypnotize and put people to sleep.

She also has the ability of fortune telling, usually through picking petals
from a flower, but the Quartet says that her results are not to be trusted.


History: At first, she was asleep, along with the rest of the
Quartet. Her duty was to be a guardian of Chibiusa in the future, but she was
awoken early by Queen Nehellenia, and turned into her minion. Until her
battle with Sailor Moon and the others, she worked as a villain, searching
through Dream Mirrors in order to find Pegasus. Eventually, this lead to frequent
encounters with the sailor soldiers, both because of their relationship with Pegasus
and their 'hero' status. When the
Dead Moon Circus was destroyed, CereCere and her companions were collected by
Sailor Saturn and brought to Neo-Queen Serenity. She revived her and gave her
the powers of a sailor soldier, going back to sleep until needed. During the
Stars arc, she appears during the fight with Sailor Heavy Metal Papillon,
along with Sailor Chibimoon and the rest of the quartet. They free Sailor
Moon and her companions with Pink Ladies Freezing Kiss, and then destroy
Heavy Metal Papillon with the team attack Amazonnes Jungle Arrow. After the
Stars arc, they return to Crystal Tokyo along with their princess.

Storyline Specific Information: The Crystal Tower- In Crystal
Tokyo, Sailor Ceres acts as one of the four guardians of Small Lady. A week
before her coronation as Sailor Moon, Chibiusa must enter the Crystal Tower
to prove both her magical prowess and mental wits. However, on the day of her
birthday, she has yet to return. Worried for her safety, The Asteroid
Soldiers sneak into the tower to save her.



Senshi Name: Sailor Ceres
Senshi Fuku: Her fuku is similar in design to that of the other
sailor soldiers of the Milky Way. Her collar has no stripes on it, and is a
vibrant pink. She has a pink choker and skirt- her bows are two different
colors. While the back bow is a lighter shade of pink from the rest of her
outfit, the front appears to be a dark purple, which has a pink star nestled
in the center. Her tiara is gold with a pink star in the center. Her gloves
extend to her biceps and have several pink rings at the cuff. CereCere also
has white boots that go to her knees, which also have a pink cuff. There is
also a yellow bow in her hair.

Henshin/Transformation: Ceres Asteroid Power, Make Up!


Powers:

(Note, Pink Ladies Freezing Kiss and Jungle Arrow are the only canonical attacks. Sailor Ceres is not shown having individual powers in canon.)

Pink Ladies Freezing Kiss- A team attack involving the Quartet and Sailor
Chibimoon that is activated by putting their hands together and performing an
attack call. It creates a powerful blizzard.


Amazoness Jungle Arrow- A team attack that only involves the Sailor Quartet.
They position themselves together and fire blasts of energy that converge
into a large white arrow.

Ceres Floral Temptation- Spinning in a circle, Sailor Ceres is surrounded by
dark pink flower petals, which wrap around and converge on the hand on her
chest. Reaching out with that hand, which is now holding a flower, she calls
the name of the attack. The petals fly from the flower towards the enemies
along with a sweet pollen that turns them docile.

Ceres Harvest Waltz- Several sparkles in the palm of her hand begin to
glimmer. Closing her fist around them, she holds her arm above her head, fist
glowing with a pink light. Sailor Ceres brings her arm down, crossing it over
her chest, and then making a throwing motion. The sparkles, which were seeds,
flash with pink light and explode with energy upon contact.

Thrashing Thorns- Extending her arms out, a circle of pink light shines at
her midsection and drops down to the ground. A whip made of what appears to
be a flower's stem shoots up, and Ceres grabs onto it. She yanks out the rest
of the whips, spinning and lashing it around her. Cracking it above her head,
she sends it towards the enemy. The whip splits at the end and extends at
various angles, wrapping around her foe and making them immobile. Finally,
dozens of thorns extend from the whip itself, impaling the enemy. This is
commonly used as her finisher.

Weapons or Magical Items:

Yellow Stone- A magical stone that helps contain her powers. Currently
embedded in her transformation wand, she does not separate them often as she
seldom uses it to attack.

Guardian: None.


RP Sample: Normally, food was something that the many chefs
took care of, with the exception of when Sailor Jupiter wished to practice
her beloved hobby. This afternoon, however, CereCere had shooed all of the
chefs away. She had a special project to make.


Her hair was tied up in a single bun and ponytail, while her dress was
covered by an apron. Pour the batter into the pan, simple...oh no, now it's
spilling everywhere! She nudged the pan to the side, trying to put it back on
course, only for the thick, chocolate fluid to splatter onto the floor. This
was going to take a while.


Later on, it was after dessert, and the entirety of the main dining room had
cleared out with the exception of the quartet and their princess. Everyone
had been prepared to leave, until CereCere coaxed them into doing otherwise.
After a few moments, she came back with a silver platter and set it on the
table.


Baking was clearly not her forte, as the cake itself was lopsided, and if
anyone took a bite, they would find the inside dry and dense. However, the
outside was quite well decorated. The deflated section of the cake had been
propped up and supplemented with frosting in the shape of various flowers,
while the flatter side was covered in balloons. In the bottom right were
frosting scribbles of the faces of five young women. The middle spelled out
"Happy Anniversary" in bright pink frosting.

The anniversary of what? When the Quartet was officially announced as Sailor
Chibimoon's guardians. When Small Lady become part of their family.

CereCere knew the cake was a good idea, her flowers had predicted it. But
then why did she have such a pounding in her chest, and tears threatening to
spill down her cheeks?

"Happy anniversary, everyone. Chibiusa, the princess gets the first slice."
She giggled softly, sinking a large knife into the cake and plopping it into
a crystal plate.

To Sailor Ceres, an intimate gathering with her sisters was better than the
largest party in the world.
