An image will be posted here, ranging from anime to musicals to live action to manga to whatever else we can get

Answers must contain what is the image of as well as the source, that is:

For an anime picture, the episode number
For a live action picture, the act title and number
For a musical, which musical it is from
For a manga image, the arc its from

... and so on ... may I point out images may not always fall into these four exclusive categories. Answers that contain only the name of the episode / only the act number / only what the image is of will be counted as incorrect.
