LOL I agree Sarah. I also think Hotaru and Setsuna are also dressed well. I would give Minako a maybe since her outfit seems alright except for the top which just consists of a bra. LOL |

Now that I pay closer attention to image you're right Brit. She does have a strap that goes around her neck which could be a halter top. I still don't like the outfit though. LOL Perhaps if the top were longer I would. I don't know if it's just me or.... but I think short halter tops or tube tops were so early 2000s. LOL |

LOL I couldn't imagine someone wearing that in the early 90's though I can imagine it in the early 2000's. LOL |

| Considering Naoko was looking at magazines and high fashion for a lot of her illustrations, its very possible it came from the 90s. And is something that didn't get "popularized" outside of the runway until the late 90s/early 2000s. When it comes to that kind of stuff, they are always a step ahead of whats popular amongst the public. |

This is General Sailor Moon, why are you posting the Wizard of Oz? Omg I can't even watch the musicals because I hate their outfits so much!  Usagi please lose the flowers. They seem too random.  Those sleeves seem a bit too baggy. |

| You need to watch the later musicals cause they get some CUTE outfits. Shoot, in the SuperS musicals which are only a couple years later, Usagi and Chibiusa have the CUTEST pink dresses. Look  At  This  Cuteness xD  Usagi socksssss.... gaah. xD |
