| Subject: Note: Who is allowed to post on someone's storyline submission? 14th January 2013, 6:33 pm | |
| Hello This is just a reminder for all of our role players explaining who is allowed to post on a story line submission. So who exactly is allowed to post on a story line submission? The story line creator them-selves. He or she may post on their story line thread if they have a question about their story line, about the story line process, indicate that a change has been made, or to bump their own thread if it has not received attention within a 2 days. The storyline reviewer, Sailor Saturn, is allowed to post on a storyline submission thread. She will answer questions about the storyline/storyline process, point out what needs to be fixed, assist in fixing, and give the approval for a storyline to be turned into a RP once it has satisfied all requirements. The RP staff helper is allowed to post on a storyline submission thread. The RP staff helper will answer questions about the storyline/storyline process, point out what needs to be fixed, and assist in fixing. Other RP Admin are allowed to post on this thread. At times, Sailor Saturn will ask for assistance, such as approving a storyline, if she is on LOA. The reason why I ask that only the above mentioned people be allowed to post on a storyline submission is so that the process is more organized, and less chaotic. If someone posts on a storyline thread, this indicates to us that a change has been made and needs to be reviewed or someone has posted a new storyline and it needs to be reviewed. Whenever one of the above mentioned sees a new post in the storyline section, we all come running to see what's up. If it is just someone else commenting on a profile, bumping what isn't their's etc, things come a bit messy. |
