I know that we have to PM Sailor Jupiter for our new avatars, but I've heard that we can upload out first avi by ourselves.
Is this true or not?

| I believe this is true  The little option thingy to change it yourself is always gonna be there because it's a feature of the website that hosts the forums, but you can only change it yourself the first time because your avatar is like your face on the forum-- it's how we identify you! |

| it is true. the first one you can upload yourself. the other ones, you need to ask Jupiter. |
