| Usagi reminds me of the teachings I already know; love conquers all, a kind heart is the best weapon, and forgiveness and belief are the keys to success.
Chibiusa reminds me that I can't get anywhere by continually trying to compare myself to somebody who I think is better. Even though she idolizes Usagi (although she won't ever admit it), she always feels inferior. Only when she stops comparing herself to others does her true power start to emerge.
I'll write more later! |

| I wouldn't say that they really "influenced" me in any way, but I do have a strong love for her. It's kinda changed into a way I would care for a little sister.
She is clutsy, kinda dumb, a foodie, and childish, but I think almost every girl connects with her at some point. Making them feel human, and normal. |

| Neo Queen Serenity taught me that great power doesn't nessisarily mean great penmanship. |

| I've always hated my personality; I can't leave a building without forgetting something there, I get very emotional about small things, and I'm generally very lazy/lack motivation to do things. Usagi showed me that you can have all of these qualities and still be an awesome person making important contributions to the world <3 She's one of the main reasons I started to feel better about myself. |

Oh my goodness this made me laugh! Usagi has taught me how important it is to be a true friend, and that no matter your faults, you can still become great. Chibiusa is one of my least favorite characters, and I can't really think of anything about her xD |

| With Usagi, I found a true twin. Goofy, crazy, and sometimes lazy, but always loves those who bring her the most happiness and would do anything for them. With Chibiusa, I found my childhood. Often lonely and always felt like no one loved me, until I finally realized what I had. I just wasn't looking hard enough. And that adorable color PINK, who DOESN'T love that? |

| Well you guys all took the words right out of my mouth!
Usagi/Princess Serenity became an idol for me and I wanted to be very much like her. I once made a birthday wish to become like Princess Serenity. I then noticed after that my clumsiness and ditzyness was more apparent...o_o; |

| I hate Chibiusa when I was a kid. She was annoying and a brat. Lol. Usagi irritated me too, but I realized that she kind of takes what are considered "bad" traits for a female in society (gluttony, lethargy, being emotional, etcetc) and turns them into a lovable character. For that, I knew I didn't need to stop eating when I was like 10 and started really gaining weight rapidly, and that it was ok to just want to take a nap.
Makoto (Jupiter) was more my role model than the other scouts--I was a tomboy but still girly, want to be a career woman but wouldn't mind being a housewife, tough but still very gentle in her own way.
That's not a character that I saw often in cartoons/movies as a kid, since most writers do not portray a female character with both masculine and feminine traits.
It taught me that I can do things like cook in a cute apron for my boyfriend or girlfriend while still being able to take down a male friend when sparring.
Also, the relationship between Haruka and Michiru probably helped introduce acceptance for a lesbian relationship, which is not something I saw often in shows or in person.
The downside is that for the longest time, I wanted a romance so strong and so deep like the Prince and Princess. Still do, but I realize now that I'm not a kid, that love isn't always what was portrayed in the series. |

| Usagi taught me that we all have flaws, some things we do may be annoying, and we may embarrass ourselves, but we're still amazing and capable of anything we set our minds to. She also taught me that kindness and common courtesy are always important, and we should help people whenever we can. Chibiusa taught me that if you learn to love yourself and not compare yourself to others, you become your best and strongest self within. They both taught me about love, that we are all full of love though it may be buried deep within, and true love conquers all. What positive messages. |

| I always found it really interesting that of the major celestial bodies in the solar system, the moon, the smallest, is so impactful!
Anyways, Usagi has always used rather healing attacks instead of the offensive like the rest of the Sailor Senshi, which goes to show you the power of healing love, as oopsed to the offensive. |

| What Sailor Moon/ Princess Serenity/ Neo Queen Serenity/Usagi has taught me is to be forgiving and that love does conquer all. We can't move on in life or be truly happy unless we forgive those who have hurt us and love ourselves. I used to hate my personality because I'm so sensitive and such a big crybaby but I learned to love myself for me.
Chibiusa is teaching me how to be patient with children. My aunt's kids are living with us meanwhile she's away in prison and oh my goodness they can get under my skin sometimes but they don't know any better but I need to be more understanding and patient with them.
