Recently, I found, in an obscure directory on my hard drive, some old Sailor Moon fanfics from the early days of the fandom that, seemingly, can no longer be found on the Internet. I had seemingly saved them in late 2002 on my second computer, after a hard drive crash earlier that year, and I seemingly transferred them to my current (third) computer in 2005 or later.

The thing is I remember reading these on my first computer, which I'd used until I got my second computer in mid-2001, so this is presumably a case of me re-downloading stuff that I'd lost in the crash of 2002. These fics must be at least from 2001 but possibly as far back as the 1990s.

Is there a site that I can submit these to in order for them to be re-introduced to the fandom? They're lemon fics. I sent an e-mail to the person that's currently trying to restore MoonRomance.Net through fic donations, but I haven't received a reply, and the last update was in 2008.

I'd have to look, but I can't think of a place on the top of my head that allows you to submit other author's works, even if you do not claim their work as your own.

Personally, I would do some more research on why these fanfictions are no longer available online. Some authors intentionally remove their works from the Internet and are not happy to see them resurface. I've seen that happen before. I would also try to reconnect with the authors for their permission to resubmit their works into the Internet. If you don't have a name for the author that created the work, I wouldn't even think of resubmitting it to a fanfiction directory or website.

Well, I sent out an e-mail to the ten e-mail addresses that I found in the fics (two of which were for the same author). Nine of them bounced back. There's an address in Australia that hasn't bounced back.

I tried googling some text from the fics and came up with nothing (except for some old links to some fics that ended up being broken).
