oh gosh, I dunno. All I have is stars on my HD, so this is from.. 199? I'm not sure, but if you don't like it, I will make another. I tried to keep it small, because I dunno what the size limit is here (kilobytes, not dimensions). Also, anything with too much motion can be distracting and a little tacky. Oh, also: I couldn't fit 'the' but if you want it I can try.

Ah yeah, I liked that one a lot too. I made a few different versions and included an animated, just in case..

Its cool, I love to make graphics so little mistakes - excuses to make more, are fine.

I liked the animated one - I had to re-find the video on youtube I used (thank good for browser history) but tried to make it softer than the sig itself. I'm glad you like it ^^ Nehelenia is awesome~

I use Photoshop CS5 - I got it when I was in art school for a really good price. I know the discount is open to almost all college students, but I'm not sure about high school. You can download a trial, but its only 30 days. Its super intimidating at first, so if you have problems, I can help out - so don't be shy about the questions

You can just use the same one unless you have another idea!

Type: I'd like both an avatar and a signature and I'd like for both of them to be animated.
Images: I'd like to have something similar to the avatar that I currently have or the signature that I use to have (look below). The scene is from episode 92.
Text/Quote: I usually like to just have the name of Neptune or Michiru depending on the image but if you think a quote would suit the graphic better than feel free to be creative with it.
Colors: Ideally I'd like the colors to be associated with Neptune/Michiru but matching usually works the best.
Font: I mostly always prefer script font. I usually like fonts that aren't too thin or too bulky. I like most script fonts to be legible.
Extra: If you could add Japanese to the signature or avatar that would be great. If you have any questions feel free to ask. I apologize for being too specific. Thank you in advance

Actually, I think CS3 and CS5 are very similar in terms of animation, I believe you can produce the quality I have; you might just need some tutorials? I've been considering making some for tumblr and if I do, I'll PM you the link?

thanks ^///^ I love the first and the last one - I just kept going until I found something I was happy with. I'm a bit of a perfectionist, really. Also, I find that the close-up view of the silhouetted girls transforming isn't fully appreciated and I like to highlight it when I can.

I'm pretty sure it does, I tested out a trial (it has a dark interface <3 and you can clip groups) and I remember making some and they came out fine.

http://firealpaca.com - I know this has a very photoshop-like interface, so you might want to try that out while you wait. I'm considering making tutorials for it because its free.

I don't think people who aren't seriously or professionally into graphics should really pay for programs, just becuase.. hundreds of dollars is a lot of money. I'm not saying you shouldn't get it, but just saying it as a general opinion statement.
