Hello Everyone!

I am Mellanie, better known online in the art and gaming community as Luniara. You can call me Luni or even Lune if you wish. I'm never good at introductions, so I'll try my best. I have been roleplaying since I was 13 years old (I turned 32 recently) in a variety of formats such as forums, chat and MMOs. I am from Florida and I am a new mama, have two cats and I tend to run on the shy side. 

Sailor Moon has been a big part of my life since I was in 5th grade. To this day, it is 1 of 2 animes in which I can still watch and never be bored with. It was on before I would go to school and I would randomly start watching it until I would be running home from school to watch it soon after. It helped me make my first best friend and even now has introduced me to so many new friends. Most importantly, it helped shape me as an artist. I do not believe I would be as good as I am today had I not have been introduced to Sailor Moon or the friends that followed because of it. 

My favorite characters are Sailor Venus, Luna and Seiya/Star Fighter and my guilty pleasure are the old DIC dubs. As bad of a fan that it may make me, I cringe at any other dubs after they finished R and prefer the subs thereafter. My favorite episodes is episode 34 and my favorite scene is that moment between Usagi and Seiya when she breaks down, missing Mamoru. The FEELS! While I adore Mamoru since I was a little girl, I have a habit of getting excited over Seiya/Usa ships. 

I found this community in my SM facebook group (Mooncraft) and I am very excited to be invited to join in! I intend on RPing my OC that I have had since 6th grade and look forward to participating with all of you.

Congrats on your darling firstborn!! What a journey eh? I've got a toddler myself and GC has been a really nice escape when I can spare a minute! If you have any questions about using the site via mobile, I'm probably a good person to ask ^^;;.

Given all your creative talents, you might find yourself comfortable over in the Creativity Corner. I highly recommend the Writing and Roleplaying Guild as well for all its fun skill-building challenges and activities ^_^.

One other thing I always like to point out is this batch of tutorials. It has helped me out countless times in posting around here - especially when I was just new!

Btw are you talking about the North American ep 34 or original? Because both are awesome for very different reasons XD. (Though I think the original one (when the Silver Crystal is revealed) is probably the episode where I decided I never wanted to be without Sailor Moon in my life  . I also watched it dubbed back then for the first time~.)

Haha that doesn't make you a bad fan! I personally love watching out-of-context clips from the old DiC dubs! It's like a blast from the past with all of the "hip" '90s lingo!
