They've switched up a bunch of the features this year so it's really nice to see that Sailor Moon stuck around even when Final Fantasy has been traded for something else!!! *_*

Is it me or does it look like Moon's appearance has been changed up to look more like her Crystal self?

Hmm she looks pretty similar to last years attraction but the original commercial I had linked seems it was taken down. It's hard to tell for sure. xD Last years attraction character design was very 90s anime styled rather than Crystal, so I was assuming it was similar.

So is it going to be one ride with multiple characters thrown in, or is each character going to get a separate attraction? Unless this is all that's posted-it's too early to tell.

Hopefully Sailor Moon gets her own again!

I think last year, the attraction swapped out the different franchises? So Sailor Moon was over the summer, the Final Fantasy one was held at a different time of year, etc.  I could see why they'd combine Godzilla and Eva. The director that worked on the latest Godzilla movie, "Shin Godzilla", released in Japan (not the Hollywood ones), Hideaki Anno, is also famous for creating Neon Genesis Evangelion. The Godzilla in the commercial looks like the design from the movie, too.

Btw Shin Godzilla was really good if any of you are into kaiju movies!

Those four are all included in the summer period of May to August. They're doing Detective Conan and Lupin III in the Spring ^.^.

I see... It just seems strange to lump Sailor Moon with all the giant robot/monster type franchises. XD

First of all, the official title of the show is

It opens Friday, May 31 and will run until Sunday, August 25, 2019.



AND this time, it will feature ALL 10 SENSHI and Super Sailor Moon!!

So, what do you guys think? I'm super excited to see more images - especially of the villain! The last show also claimed to be an original story but that villain really did look a lot like Morga lol. So it'll be interesting to see what other tidbits we get about it in the next few months! It's so funny to me that they've put the plot at the Moon Palace as well! At first when I read the synopsis I was like... "do they mean Crystal Tokyo??" but NOPE! There's the Moon Palace from Silver Millennium days right in the promo image! So weird XD. Also, I think like the last show, there's a big emphasis on the audience's participation which I think is really cool!

Not gunna lie, the synopsis sounds like it could be the premise of one of our Casual Event RPs. XD XD


Even though I know I won't be able to see it, I'm like super excited about it though. All the senshi! SATURN. MOON PALACE. CHIBI MOON. SUPER MOON. AAAAH.

Edit: ok I just noticed that on the website the Senshi designs are kinda blends of anime/manga! Mercury has no sleeves, Venus has her belt, Chibimoon has her hair barettes (i know anime gets them later in the S season but initially she starts without but in manga she starts with, iirc), and while I think maybe in R we saw the keys on Pluto, I don't think it stuck as a permanent part of her fuku and they are on the site. Excite!

Makes me wish someone had at least been able to record some of last years... I would have liked to seen the whole thing. xD
