As you may know, we ended up making a bit of a last minute switch to Ustream for the event instead of the Livestream website that we were using through most of 2018 and in previous years. The reason was that our account was deleted (along with the entire free, legacy side of the service it was a part of) without warning. Livestream.com had already been making moves to be a paid-only service so although the timing was surprising, the fate of our channel was not.

Sadly for us, Ustream is going in the same direction and will be completely paid-only come mid-September.

Fear not!! Brit and I are exploring other options to continue the GC Livestream! However for now, we plan to finish up the next Nelke Myu (Un Nouveau Voyage) by mid-September, after which there may be a period of hiatus as we line up another solution that we feel is good enough quality-wise, easy enough for everyone to use and won't break the bank for us, personally ^^;. If you have any suggestions of services, feel free to PM me - especially if you have personal experience using the suggestion as a streamer! Other comments and questions are welcome here.

With Un Nouveau Voyage wrapped up last night, we have only two more of the Nelke musicals to go! I think I can say fairly confidently that we'll have time for a few special streams with most of our main forum events as well before the year rolls over. So, look forward to our return from the brink soon! HINT: Probably sometime in October :3.

Aside from the next stream slated for this Saturday, November 24 @ 3:30pm EDT / 2:30pm CDT, there's an important announcement HERE about how the new streaming service works and how we’re going to be using it for GC, so please check it out!

As for the livestream usergroups that you're part of here and on Discord, we'll still use them to help coordinate and notify/remind of upcoming open group streams. If you no longer wish to receive PMs, either let us know or unsubscribe yourself via the “usergroups” tab just under the forum banner. To be removed from the Discord group, either mute it or contact an admin. I do hope you’ll all stick around though!

In other news, we're now getting perilously close to the end of our 20th Anniversary Myu series!! If you want more Myu, I encourage you to sign up to the Sera Myu Fanclub ^-^. We'll still use the usergroup to notify you of their streams, but you may get to help decide what to watch if you join!

With the stream channel now open to other hosts, I'm not certain how often Brit and I will end up hosting streams in between others' streams and the forum's annual events, but we'll try our best to fill in so that there is at least a stream event every two weeks. In terms of content, we’ll figure something out at the beginning of 2019, after the madness of the holidays end ^^;. Until then, feel free to make some stream requests through the new request form!
