Appearance: Tobias has short, black hair. As is the trademark of most saiyans, his hair is uncontrollable and seemingly defies gravity. Although the cut is far from neat and even, the spikes are approximately one inch in height. His unusual eyes are a piercing, dark shade of blue, but far more lively than Gochi's cold eyes. The typical shade of a saiyan's eyes is brown, which causes Tobias to look like a foreigner or a half-breed to most other saiyans.

Tobias spends endless hours in the sun, which has caused him to tan a nice shade of bronze. His body is that of a martial artist, a fighter, lean with a visible muscle tone that accentuates his manly figure. Tobias’ active nature keeps him down to a slim 140 pounds, built of mostly muscle. His skin is hardened by the scars created by scuffles and sparring. In particular, his back is criss-crossed from an unfortunate experience with a slave trader. Tobias is not particularly tall for his age and, unfortunately, he has finished growing at five foot five inches. Although he is taller than his twin sister, she uses her attitude and strength to dominate their relationship.

Tobias prefers to wear the typical Saiyan armor. The black, full bodysuit tightly conforms to his body. Her upper body is covered by a sturdy, sleeveless white armor with yellow plating covering the stomach. The straps of the white armor are also yellow. Tobias wears white gloves that match his armor and white, flat boots. Around his waist he wraps his brown tail, as is typical of most Saiyans.

Although typically found in the armor described above, Tobias prefers to relax in loose dark-colored pants with a plain white shirt. His clothing is comfortable and practical. Unlike his sister, he does like to wear black, slip-on canvas shoes. Because it could prove hazardous in a battle, he does not wear adornments or accessories.

Hobbies/Occupations: Tobias likes to cook and is decent at it, as long as he sticks to the usual recipes. He loves to experiment, but often these experiments go awry.

Skills/Abilities: As long as he possess his tail, Tobias has the ability to go oozaru. He does have control in her oozaru form. In addition, he is skilled in fighting and has experience on the battlefield. In particular, his fighting style relies on agility.

Personality:
Lively and friendly, although not quick to develop friendships.
Does not hold a grudge, because he forgets too quickly.
Allows Gochi to be the dominant sibling. It doesn't matter to him who is in charge as long as they are together.
Will obey authority without question, unless Gochi tells him to do otherwise.
Heightened tolerance for stressful situations.
Loves the thrill of a fight and the hunt.
Over-protective of Gochi and quick to come to her aide.
Picks up on Gochi's physical cues very easily.
Talkative.
Often oblivious to the personal boundaries of others.

Biography/History: Her mother birthed him and Gochi alone in a cave while the father was out hunting for game and a site to build a sturdy home. His family had always believed in the tradition of building a home for the family, not buying one made by someone else’s hands. The mother was not able to bear the pain of childbirth and died shortly after the father returned home with supper. Shortly after their birth, the twins were sent in separate pods to purge two different planets. At an early age, Gochi completed the purge of her planet and returned to Vegeta. Tobias completed his a year later and the twins were reunited.

The father wanted little to do with the twins once they returned, despite Tobias' best efforts to reunite the family. Although she first displayed an interest in reuniting, that interest was quickly squashed. Instead, the twins voluntarily joined the military training academy until they were of age to join Frieza's forces. At the military training academy, the twins once again began to purge planets. Also, Gochi and Tobias learned to bring their oozaru form under control and use that form to purge planets. Neither of the twins knows how to make a false moon, so they are unable to transform unless a moon is present or another saiyan knows how to create a false moon with his or her energy.

Years before joining Frieza's forces, Gochi discovered her destiny as a sailor senshi during a routine planet purge that went out of control. Tobias' oozaru form was destroyed when a rogue enemy removed his tail. He was taken as a prisoner of war. These events triggered her transformation into Sailor Vegeta. Gochi's status as a sailor senshi caught the attention of Frieza, who requested that she join his forces. Tobias voluntarily joined in order to resist separation from his sister. Although their have been efforts to discover if Tobias also has some special ability (because he is a twin of a sailor senshi), nothing has come of it. They've been lower ranking soldiers of Frieza's army for eight years, but have been slowly climbing the ranks.

As a member of Frieza's army, Tobias has been exposed to planet purges, needless violence, and death. As most under his control, he wishes to one day overthrow Frieza and restore the pride and dignity of the Saiyan race. The twins have only become closer while subjugated to hazardous conditions under Frieza's control. They often work as a pair in a larger Saiyan-only purge team. The unique ability of a Saiyan to turn into an oozaru means that Tobias and his team are often sent to large planets with violent and strong populations.

(In accordance with the storyline Batteries) On a routine planet purge, Gochi and Tobias were captured by the Tarans and forced to function as batteries. Although the twins put up a fight and devastated a good number of the Tarans, the two were subdued and separated. Tobias is furious he was separated from his sister, but realizes he'll never receive an opportunity to find her if he is combative. Currently, he serves as the personal pet of a high-ranking official and functions part-time as a battery, in order to encourage his submission. As the brother of a sailor senshi, he is valued, but does not deliver the same quality of energy as a sailor senshi with a sailor crystal.  

Likes/Dislikes: Tobias has a special relationship with his twin sister. He enjoys food and fighting, either a friendly spar or a bloody battle.

Weaknesses/Strengths: Tobias' physical strength is agility. He is not as physically as strong as Gochi, but he is quicker and more agile. His intelligence is minimal, but he does try. He is one of the few (arguably one of the only) people able to calm or restrain his sister's temper. Tobias allows for Gochi to mentally and physically bully him, because he doesn't care who is the dominant sibling as long as they are together. He is a good warrior, but he isn't able to improvise very well.

Dream(s): Tobias dreams that one day he'll be free of Frieza's influence. He wants to be a warrior, always, but also hopes to one day settle down and raise a family.
