Welcome everyone to this year's Festibration Artist Contest - insert the winter element!
This year to make it awesome-er~ I thought of spicing up things by providing some elements for you to do, so have fun, be creative and follow the guidelines below.

Guidelines/Rules

Your entry must be digital (this means use ANY digital software to create your graphic).
Your graphic must be 500x500 pixels.
You can use animations.
Your graphic must feature winter elements
Your submission doesn't need to be Sailor Moon Themed.
Do not use ANY type of fanart (Graphics with featured fanart even yours will be rejected)
Keep your entry PG-13
Your entry must be something NEW. You cannot use previous graphics created.
Your graphic must feature at least one of the following images (use is as you like, be creative ^_^)
Please Submit 2 entries.



Submissions will be accepted from December 10th until December 27th 11:50PM EST time.
Voting will start December 28th and will end January 2nd 2017.
Winner will be announced January 3rd 2017.
