I want to join, so R&U... Well, me joining is a bit different for most members, as I don't really know whether I'll continue to be active in the forums, I mean, I barely am, thus I'm pretty unsure whether I'll do anything to help after the earliest event and I have an idea for a Cherry Blossom Festival event/game, and that's that. Meaning, that's the only event I want to contribute, probably cause it's the one that will happen the soonest, and well, whilst you can't really say that you don't have anything to contribute to upcoming events, as you get ideas for them when they're approaching, or at least that's how it is for me, and maybe you'd be tempted to join again during the next event, like I said at the beginning, I don't know whether I'll be on these forums till, say, the next event is the GC Anniversary, I think, so I don't know if I'll be around till then. Anyways, it's very likely I'll relinquish the post after the Cherry Blossom festival, so how that falls with the moderators, I can't say, but this is how it is.

Also, I'd like to request that if all the Cherry Blossom festival events have been planned (I mean, it's starting in a few days, right?) and no more ideas for events/games are being accepted, that my application or whatever you call it for this, be ignored. Like I said, I'm most passionate about this soon-to-occur event and I have an idea for it, sorry if I come off as rude, but frankly, I don't have the patience to wait and come up with something for the next celebration.

I'm sure this will sound offensive to the admins, and if so, too bad, but this is how I feel about it.

Hi! While we love to see people being active around the forums by signing up for Clubs or anything GC related, it does not necessarily mean that we force them to do so. We rather encourage them to sign up for something if they want to increase their activity on here.

But if a member seems hesitant to be capable of fulfilling the requirements of that of a Party Planner, I would not recommend to sign up in the first place. However, there is always the option to inform Sailor Mercury of your absence during a particular event . You do not have to help out with every GC event, as it is natural to not be around GC all the time. But if you still feel like you won't be able to help out with any other of the upcoming events apart from the CBF, I would recommend not to join the Party Planners.

The planning for the CBF did not start yet, so there is still a plenty of time left. Sailor Mercury or Sailor Mars will be putting up a Planning Thread soon .

I would similarly advise you not to apply and would add that based on this post, Sailor Mercury is not likely to approve your application, since the Party Planners are a long term commitment rather than a single event commitment. It's okay to just sit back and enjoy the content that others create!
