Hello! So I'm trying to practice my bumper making skills and I was wondering how to resize them to match the ones found on the forum. I've found the template used for them, but whenever I try to resize its always slightly bigger even though its 100 by 100.

Is there any way you could explain or show what you are doing exactly? for somethng like this I'd need more specifics to figure out what the problem is. Also, need to know which program you are using as I'm mostly only familiar with Photoshop, but we do have other guild members familiar with other programs.

I was using GIMP for my bumper. I tried playing around with resizing but the quality was a bit off and as you can see it is a lot bigger.

Hm, I don't really know a whole lot about GIMP, but what it looks like with this style bumper is that the actual bumper shape is a few pixel smaller than 100 x 100 and with yours it looks like you made the shape 100x100 then added the text, which made it actually a bit bigger. Since I don't use GIMP though, I don't know if I could explain it any better. Sunyeons is good with GIMP so hopefully she will be able to help you better than me. xD

for sizing if you have the size adjustment on, meaning when you change on the other changes, that would be why, i always turn it off if i want something to be the same on both side like the 100X100

I don't use GIMP either, but I would suggest creating a 100 x 100 canvas, then drag the template into it. That way you can be sure it will be 100 x 100 in the end (and if the template is too big, resize as necessary, don't resize the canvas).

^Yeah, I had pretty much done the opposite. I had my canvas set at 150 by 150 and made the template 100 by 100.  I'll see if that works, thank you!
