But what would happen if an OOC wasn't used - and yes, this includes discussing over Skype - and roleplayers couldn't discuss the events in their roleplay? That's what this challenge is about!For June's challenge, there must be absolutely no OOC discussion for a roleplay. This includes in an OOC Thread, over Skype, over PM, or any other messaging platform. "But Pluto, how do we roleplay if we don't even get to talk about it?" you ask. It's not as hard as it sounds, I promise! The goal of this challenge is to improve our roleplaying skills, because if you can't discuss what your character will do next with other roleplayers, then you are forced to really get in touch with your character and just roleplay as if you were that character.  Start, join, and/or continue to post in a roleplay without discussing what you will be posting in an OOC. The only discussion allowed is, "I'd like to sign up as Rei!" or things like that. Have the storyline creator enter the storyline you will be roleplaying in without an OOC in this challenge by replying to this thread with a link to your storyline and a list of the characters. Edit: I misread your post! There is a storyline approval process required if you are creating a new roleplay! The creator(s) decide the general plot, submit the storyline for approval, and start roleplaying based on the plot without discussing it! |
