I'd like to host a Casual Masquerade Ball RP Event. It will be like last year's and the Valentine's but with its own twist.

I would like to run a create your own otaku contest for the anniversary

I'd totally love to work on Anni Goodies (such as bumpers, headers, gifs, etc.) + I LOVE THAT THEME THO!!!

I found this Masquerade Mask Game that I think I would like to host. I'll see if I can find more. Also since we're doing the Senshi Bday Idea, a nice game to bring back would be the cake decorating contest.

ETA: The sleepover we did was a lot of fun. I would be interested in putting it together again.

This all is sounding quite awesome and I definitely agree with the cake decorating contest for one of the senshi birthday threads! That was a really fun and popular game and we haven't done it in awhile ^^

Quick note or well actually question: When is Briti going to make the Anni Goodie Bag thread?

I don't have any ideas at the moment for a game thread, but I wouldn't mind being a host again!

What exactly would hosting a birthday thread include? Just creating a 'Happy Birthday' thread?

I'll try to make lots of graphics for the goodie bags!

Also, I have a game idea! It would be like a Masquerade game, where I take an image of an actress from Sera Myu or PGSM, and then edit it so that the eyes are concealed (maybe I'll photoshop a mask in xD). And then I could also take images of animated characters and only give an image of their eyes, so that it would be harder to guess! It'd be like a Guess the Character - Masquerade Edition!

That sounds like a cute idea Puu ^^ And doing a birthday thread would just be basically like hosting a thread for the anniversary. You just think of a game/event to do to celebrate the sm birthdays (like yunie's idea to bring back birthday cake decorator) You host it just like any other thread it'll just be centered around senshi birthdays instead of the anniversary ^^

Hmmmm...I'll think of some ideas for hosting a birthday thread and let you know if I want to host one!

For the Senshi birthday threads,  I'll be hosting a doll maker where people can dress up the Senshi in their birthday best (mamochan too) :3

I'll be working on the goodie bag stuff again this year! Sorry I'm just seeing this thread now. -_-; One question: how long will the anni last this year? 1 week? 2 weeks? more weeks? And any ideas on dates yet? I ask cause Id like to start thinking of something fun for a livestream event too.

Ok so I did find a website that runs a bunch of those old sailor moon arcade games. The only problem is most are in Japanese, so I have no idea how I'd have first second or third places since it's hard to play.

There is a full English translation of the sailor moon R fighting/streetfighter-esce game. Does that sound like a good idea? You click on the title of the game to have it run-and most are able to play in browser. I've tested most out on firefox and they work. I'd love it if people checked this site out and give me feedback as to if its a good idea, broken browsers ect.

For the Birthday Thread, I would like to do a Sailor Moon Drops competition! The competition would be specific to the characters in the game, for example: who can score the most points on level 20 using Sailor Mars only. Would that be okay?

I volunteer to be an award announcer! I can also make some grab bag goodies, I'll work on a few sigs, maybe I'll make some phone backgrounds.

Also idk what I want it to have on it, but I'll do Jupiter's bday thread. Just need help brainstorming what to do for it lol.

I can also run a general game. I once went to a friend's mystery masquerade party. We were each assigned characters beforehand and only knew specific information about our own character. We then went to the party and acted out our characters, interacting with one another and basically RPing. I can work up a mystery masquerade whodunit for less than 10 players and people can RP in the thread.

I'm open to feedback on any/all of this!

I wanna also provide graphics and host a special graphics contest~

Jupi, my masquerade RP event will be too similar to that, I think, unless you want it to be an actual mystery like CLUE? (talk to me on Skype about it if you want!)

XD Jupi, what you described was what I've called Clue as an RP game, like Bubbles said (see examples here if you'd like! http://www.thegalaxycauldronforums.com/f103-rp-games ) ! I think Diana had requested a clue game for this, so that would fit the ticket xD
so we'd have bubbles's Casual RP Event and an RP Clue Game; if you'd like help organizing it, etc, I can help you! (Rp"games" like clue, hunger games, and dungeon crawlers are in my corner but beyond that last category of game, I haven't hosted one in over a year x.x ((the last one - the Christmas clue one - died before it was over and I couldn't resurrect it u.u and then hc events ate my time ^^')) I can totally help out with logistics!)

I will make a bigger post addressing any questions people have asked and my comments on their event ideas when I have time and I'm not trying to make breakfast xD but just wanted to write here before I forgot that I realized I haven't  hosted a trivia/game night in awhile and I think I want to do one for the anniversary, or most likely both for it =D I used to do them randomly just for fun, I should bring those back >.>, but I could host one for trivia (things about SM and GC!) and then another just for a silly game fun thing that would fit the theme of masquerade. Not sure what that would be yet, but I'm sure I can think of something! I think it'd be really fun and good as an anniversary event ^^

Ooh, you did 20 questions for GC members before, maybe you can do that again only for SM characters? Since masquerade is about hidden identities... but I mean since we're celebrating GC, GC members work too xD

Oooh yeah that was fun and would make for a fun game full of silliness! And I could possibly do both SM and members =o But yes! I like this idea ^^ and we could have teams if enough people show up xD

@Sailor Mars: Did you want to host the cake decorating for the senshi birthday thread? Addelyn has offered to do it if it was just a suggestion xD But since you thought of it, if you want to host it then you have dibs!

@Cosmos-Hime: I played the game and I think it's really awesome xD I never even knew there was an arcade version of SM xD My only problem would be that there doesn't seem to be any score or points system? So not sure how you would determine a winner for it. Though I guess if you just want to host a thread for people to talk about it and play it and just give whoever plays it a participation bumper and that's it, then that could be okay. But since there's no score or anything then you can't really determine a winner. Unless I missed something?

@Sailor Pluto: I'm not ignoring your Sailor Moon Drops question, just need to ask the other staff first since...reasons xD

@Sailor Jupiter: Yay! I'm glad you want to be an award announcer ^^ As for all your ideas, I think the birthday threads were meant to be more of generalized senshi birthday threads? Not sure if doing one for a specific character is okay or not xD I'll have to ask the other admin! But if it is, then I think that idea could be cute! Though I know from past events that the ones that require members to take pictures in real life or of themselves sometimes don't go over well ^^;;

@Sailor Uranus - I think it'd be fun to have a masquerade themed Clue! But if you're too busy to work on it and such then no worries xD It wasn't a demand that you do it haha But if you want to and you need help then I can always try to help you out!

If we do end up making the anni longer this year than I can host both, if not Addy can host the cake contest. Also I'm volunteering to help with awards since I skipped out on it last year.
