Hello, Birthday Crew! Thank you for being apart of the Birthday Crew. Ya'll do great work every day by making sure our new members feel welcomed and remembered at the Galaxy Cauldron. 

I wanted to let you know that responsibility of the Birthday Crew has shifted from Sailor Venus and Sailor Jupiter to Luna and Sailor Jupiter. I, Luna, will be your day-to-day contact for any questions concerning the Birthday Crew. Sailor Jupiter will be actively involved as a member of the Birthday Crew and will also be available for any questions.    

If you'd like to sign up to become a Birthday Crew member, just let us know in this thread and we will be happy to welcome you on-board!

Yes, you can have June, Diana. By the way, I have updated the spreadsheet to assign the new members of the crew a month. Be sure to check the spreadsheet, because you've likely been shifted to a new month. But, I'll still send out a reminder PM, so not too big of a deal if you miss it. (:

Wish I could! The summer months are bad for me because I'm sometimes out of town where I have poor to no reception :'(.

As a reminder, the assigned birthday poster of the month should contact his or her backup (Luna or Sailor Jupiter, check the spreadsheet to find out who it is that month or contact the other if the assigned back-up is on LOA) to arrange for birthday threads to be handled during an absence.

Hello, everyone! This is an announcement that the Birthday Crew responsibilities have now shifted from Luna to me, Artemis. I will be sending out a PM to you all soon with just a refresher on what is expected of you all as Birthday Crew members, as well as some updates on the status of a few things. So, please be on the lookout for that!

And, since this is a pretty major bump to the thread, this is also an invitation for anyone who is interested to join the Birthday Crew! I'm looking for a few more people to sign up in order to even out responsibilities and to have more people on call in case of the unexpected LOA of another Birthday Crew member. If you are interested, please post in this thread and I will add you--come join us in spreading some birthday cheer!
