Hawk's Eye was humming quietly to himself as he locked the door of his shop, leaving the street it found itself in. He passed through a darker alley, knowing that there wouldn't be many passersby at this time of night. It was a bit chilly outside, but he had dressed the part. Civilian clothes, warm, a bit outdated and if the pants looked adjusted, he wore as upper clothes something akin to a sweater. His hands were tucked in the small pockets of his jeans to keep them from getting cold and he had just thought about how the atmosphere felt humid when rain suddenly dropped on the entire town. Instead of getting frustrated like most people would probably get, Hawk's Eye stopped a moment and closed his eyes. Fisheye would get fussy about his clothes and himself would probably swear at his sweater's state when home, but right now it felt wonderful.

He blinked and looked back down when something caught his attention. It was a human figure lying on top of garbage. It was too far for him to exactly saw what it was, but curiosity pushed him to get closer. It looked like a woman or a teenager or... it was way to dark to try and figure that out. What did she do lying in there? 

"Hey."

He called once, taking his small torch out. He didn't really need it anymore, his days with the circus were over, but he was still clinging to it. He could feel his hair getting heavier with rain and he would probably catch something by staying out there like this, but he was intrigued. Was it dead? He poked the figure with the tip of the stick and came a little bit closer when it got no reaction, inadvertently stepping on her foot.

Hawk's Eye took a sharp step back when the girl opened her eyes, almost falling over a pile of trash. Definitely not dead. She didn't seem very dangerous either, but somewhat lost? She didn't move however. She didn't try to sit, to get up and she didn't seem bothered by the rain that was soaking both of them. She didn't react like he expected any normal beings to react. He came closer again and crouched beside her, almost feeling like poking her with his torch again, observing her features. She looked young, didn't seem particularly well dressed and he couldn't understand what 'chii' meant.

"What you doing there, kid?"

He asked, even though he probably should have just let her here. It was none of his business what she was doing here, and he would have walked away if it wasn't for the fact that her simple reactions threw him off.
