Appearance:
Haruka is usually mistaken as a boy because of her boyish features. She has short, pale blonde hair. Her eyes are dark blue. She is 5'9" and has pale skin. She is thin, but muscular. She mostly wears boys clothing, but from time to time she will wear feminine clothing, usually at the request of Michiru. She is usually in her Mugen academy uniform. She wears a white button up with a maroon blazer with the Mugen Academy logo on the left side. She wears a green and blue plaid tie. Her pants are also green and blue plaid. She wears brown loafers. When she is not wearing her uniform she tends to wear button up shirts, pants, and blazers as well. And usually wears sneakers. 

Personality:
Haruka is very mature. She is also responsible and courageous. She is also selfish, stubborn, and headstrong at times. She will do whatever is necessary to get things done and makes sacrifices for the greater good.She can be very headstrong when it comes to her senshi duties, since it is very important to her. Haruka and Michiru have a very deep bond and wants to make Michiru happy.  She will also do anything to protect the people she loves and she will never let her friends down. She is super strong and can win fights by just using her own strength. She is underestimated a lot because of the fact that she is a girl, but she will continually prove those people wrong. She can be very flirtatious with others as well chivalrous. She can be jealous when it comes to Michiru. Her duty as a senshi always comes first and she doesn't let what she wants effect that in any way. She dreams of becoming a famous racecar driver. She's very talented when it comes to racing and has won many awards because of that. She can come off as cold sometimes and she doesn't like others getting in the way of anything she's set her mind on. She's a very daring person which is why she likes racing so much. When it comes to the people she loves, Haruka becomes caring and compassionate. She's also pretty good at video games. She's also very good at charming people.

Any Unique Abilities/Skills:
She can tell when something is going to happen through changes in the wind. She is a very skilled driver , better than most. She also is a skilled piano player. 

History:
In the Silver Millennium, she was known as Princess of Uranus and Sailor Uranus. She protected the Solar System from outside threats. Soon she was reincarnated as Haruka Tenoh/Sailor Uranus. She came from a wealthy family and she grew up to have big dreams and goals for herself. Once she got to High School, she became the star athlete there. In her 3rd year she started having strange dreams of a girl telling her they were supposed to save the world. After a track meet a girl comes to Haruka and she recognizes her from her dreams. For a while she denies the truth of her past life and her mission. Eventually on a ship she sees a painting by Michiru called "The End of the World". She is then told by Michiru if they don't stop it, that's what will happen to the world. Haruka gets mad and continues to focus on racing. Finally she's attacked by a monster and her lip rod appears in front of her. Michiru talks to her before she grabs it telling her that if she takes it, her life will no longer be normal. Michiru transforms and attacks the monster in front of Haruka. The monster attacks her again and Michiru protects her and gets hit instead. The monster was defeated and and Haruka asks her why, she tells her that she has feelings for her. Haruka decides she wants to fight with Michiru and takes the lip rod. 

Eventually a romantic relationship starts between Haruka and Michiru and together they continue to fight to save the world. Eventually they come across the inner senshi and before they start fighting alongside each other they fight. Uranus and Neptune believe that what they are doing is the right way and that the inner senshi and their princess is wrong. Eventually they start working with the princess and the rest of the inner senshi. At another time they start searching for the three talismans that bring the holy grail into existence. They spend a lot of time trying to find the pure hearts that have them. Eventually Haruka finds out that they were in her, Michiru, and Setsuna all along. Haruka gets the space sword talisman. Eventually when Hotaru, Sailor Saturn, becomes a baby again she helps raise her. 

Other Noteworthy Facts:
She loves salad. She's an Aquarius. Her blood type is B. Her favorite color is gold and she likes the gem Amber. 
 
Storyline Specific Information:
Auxiliary Reserve: Small Lady comes to the 20th century too early. The Inner senshi haven't reawoken and the Black Moon Clan has followed Small Lady back into the past. She finds her way to Michiru Kaioh, so the Outer senshi have now started to awaken. Small Lady goes to the Tsukino household and eventually Usagi awakens during a youma attack. Haruka is awoken when there's a fight at one of the races she's in.

Senshi Fuku:
She wears a white fuku with a navy blue sailor collar. Her front bow is yellow with a navy blue round button in the center. She wears short wrist length white gloves with navy blue cuffs at the end. Her skirt is navy blue with a navy blue bow in the back. She wears high heeled ankle boots that are navy blue as well. She has a navy blue choker with no gem on it. Her tiara is gold with a navy blue gem in the center. She wears gold hoop earrings in each ear. 

Super Sailor Uranus:
Her fuku is the same. The only thing that changes is that she has a yellow star attached to her choker. She also one white stripe on her collar and the center button becomes a heart and her back bow gets a little longer.

Eternal Sailor Uranus: 
Her choker becomes v shaped and the button on her bow becomes a star. Her sleeves become light blue rounded pieces with two navy blue cuffs at the bottom. Her gloves get longer. Her belt has two blue ribbons, one light blue and one dark blue one these are held by a star. Her back bow is light blue. The skirt becomes two layered. The top layer is dark blue and the bottom is light blue. Her boots become knee high boots and they are white they have a navy blue v shape at the top with another star. Her tiara's gem becomes a star and her earrings turn into navy blue stars. 

Powers: 
World Shaking: By raising her hand above her head an energy sphere forms and she hurls it to the round towards a target. It causes an earthquake and rises back from the ground hitting the target.
Space Sword Blaster: She swings the space sword and it glows. It releases a wave of energy that destroys the target.
Space Turbulence: It generates large amounts of energy which is then released towards the enemy. 
Galactica Planet Attack: An attack performed by the sailor senshi of the solar system minus Sailor Moon and Sailor Chibi Moon. 

Weapons or Magical Items: 
Space Sword: The talisman that Sailor Uranus got that was in her pure heart. It's used to perform her most powerful attack which is Space Sword Blaster. 

Communicator: This is used to stay in contact with the other senshi, initially it was used only to contact Michiru, but eventually it was used to contact all of the inner and outer senshi. 


Lip rod: She uses this to transform into Sailor Uranus.

"It's raining outside." Haruka said to Michiru. She knew Michiru loved water, the rain was beautiful to watch and when it was storming, it was even more amazing. Haruka smiled at Michiru. She watched her girlfriend from across the room. When the sky lit up, the light framed Michiru. She looked beautiful as always, but the light framed her so well that she just seemed to light up. "Michiru, do you remember that day where we were walking around the city and we got caught in the rain?" Haruka asked Michiru. She looked up to see what Michiru was doing. "That was a great day." Haruka said happily.

Could you note that Haruka and Michiru have a deep bond, and that she is ready to make sacrifices for the greater good in the sentence that tells about her doing what is necessary to get things done? Maybe also mention she’s a skillful driver and pianist in the unique abilities section, and list her communicator and Lip Rod in her magical items? Thank you, Princess Luna!

One little thing about the added parts: Instead of writing Haruka is willing to make many sacrifices to keep Michiru happy, could you change it to say something among the lines of “Haruka wants to make her happy”? I am asking this since the sentence seems connected with the previous one about making sacrifices for the greater good as a part of her mission, and these are different parts of her character.

And if it's not too much trouble, could you note Haruka is particularly headstrong when it comes to her duty as a senshi?
