Theme: I was thinking maybe white and green, to represent her skin and the forest (respectively).  But if you want to, and can make it look good, I would be happy with any other color theme.
Image: Optionally the one I include below, which I must credit Disney for.  If you do use this one, please leave Dopey out of my banner, though - Snow White herself is to be the focus of this banner.  But you may use any other image of Snow White that you can get your (digital) hands on, if you would prefer - as long as she still looks beautiful.
Other details (optional): The banner should be 400-450 pixels wide (your choice of where in that range) by 100 pixels high.
