Plot Summary:  

Minako Aino is an outgoing and head strong girl. She's entering her first year of middle school and is eager to start high school. She dreams of becoming an idol and finding a boyfriend. She finds herself enjoying this school year. She made the volleyball team and is actually getting decent grades. One day during gym class Minako trips over a white cat. She senses something strange about the cat as it runs away. Later that day on her way home from school, Minako runs into the same cat. He talks and introduces himself Artemis. He  tells her that Earth is in grave danger from an evil organization called Dark Agency. He then gives her a special pen that will transform her into a warrior. He tells her she is a sailor of justice called Sailor V. Minako brushes it off as an illusion and goes home. 

The next day at school a monster attacks and steals energy from her classmates. Artemis appears by her side and instructs her to transform into Sailor V. Minako reluctantly agrees and uses the pen to transform. She fights off the monster and saves her classmates. She now has no choice to carry out the mission Artemis has given her. As Minako battles the Dark Agency she must learn what's more important. Her duty or her dreams. 
 
Details on any necessary information: This is a retelling of the Sailor V manga. It will expanded upon the manga's plot and explore Minako's and Artemis's relationship.  
Restrictions:
The only open characters will be Minako and Artemis. The rest of the Sailor V cast will be NPC. However one character, Saitou may be taken by a player if the roleplay decides to explore his character. He resembles Kunzite.

"Minako!!" A woman shouted up a staircase. "Are you awake!?"

Upstairs in a bedroom, the girl named Minako sat up in her bed. She rubbed her eyes and heard her mother's foot steps approaching her room. The door opened up and Minako's mother was standing there. She did not look please.

"What are you still doing in bed?" she nearly shouted at her daughter. "Today is the first day of school." The woman walked over to the bed and yank the sheets off her daughter. "Now, get ready! You don't want to be late on the first day!"

Minako tried to grabbed the sheets back from her mother, but it was no use. Her mother took them with her as she walked out the door. Minako let out a yawn and got out of bed. She put on her school uniform and headed downstairs into the kitchen. Her father was sitting at the table reading the newspaper.

"Morning, Mina," he greeted his daughter as he grabbed his cup of coffee. "Ready for your first year of middle school?"

"Morning, Dad," Minako responded back and took her seat next to him. She grabbed a piece a toast off a plate and began to butter. "Yes, I am! I'm glad to be done with elementary school." 

"This year I want you to focus on your school work instead of playing video games," her mother nagged at her as she ate her own breakfast. "It won't be long until you start applying to high schools."

Minako rolled her eyes at her mother. She was growing tired of her mother nagging her. She just ignored her comment and finished her breakfast. She bid her parents farewell and headed to school. The walk to school took about minutes. Along the way she waved to her fellow classmates and when she reach the school's gate she was greeted by her best friend, Hikaru. 

"Morning, Mina," her friend greeted her with a smile.

"Morning!" Minako replied cheerfully. "Hikaru, there are a lot of cute guys that go here. I saw them as I walking. I hope by the end of year I can snag a boyfriend!"

Minako's friend just laughed at her friend's comments. "It's the first day of school and already hunting down your future boyfriend."

Minako laughed back and the two friends entered the school building.
