| I just watched Tangled for probably the dozenth time. It's streaming on Netflix, so if you have Netflix then get your buns over there and watch it! I love Tangled. I've always been a Little Mermaid nut, and Rapunzel is very Ariel-like, so of course they are my top two favorite. The first time I saw it, I really liked it, but the more I watch it the more the soundtrack grows on me. Now it's right up there with all the other good ones. Mother Gothel is an excellent villainess, and it's nice to have a good male lead. Anyone else love Tangled? Of course you do. |

| I actually saw this at a friends house last month - It's an excellent movie. ^^ I especially liked how Mother Gothel was portrayed, and her early treatment of Rapunzel makes the way the latter acts after 'escaping' very believable. Since it's clearly gone on for most of Rapunzel's life. And, yeah, I'll definitely agree that having a good quality male lead is a nice change. One of my favorite little things about the movie is their frying pan, though. |

| Yes! I've been making Disney princess themed jewelry, and the Rapunzel necklace features a comb and a frying pan. |

| Oh!! I love this movie so much! I saw it right before it got put out on DVD (haha i'm a bad pirate). I plan on buying it soon though. I kind of want to wait until i get a blu ray player and just get it on blu ray or something.
But anyway, this movie is ADORABLE. I love it. The songs, the story, the characters. Pascal and Maximus! Omgosh. /squeal
I even follow a tangled blog on tumblr. Its just such a fun cute movie, i love it. |

| *Laughs.* Remember all those early scenes where Pascal is oh so cruel to Flynn? (Sorry, his real name slipped my mind. ^_^") Definitely counts as cruel and unusual punishment with those wet willies. |

What do you make them out of? I bought a lot of jewelry making parts on eBay. I'm waiting for another order of chain so I can make more designs. - Brit-chan wrote:

Don't feel bad, I downloaded a copy the day after I saw it in theater, and then I downloaded a 1080p copy the day after I bought the DVD. There's some cool details that you can't really appreciate unless it's in HD! She has references to the other princesses around her room. What tumblr do you follow? - SeleneHime wrote:

| In all honesty, I haven't sat down to watch this one yet. But I have the netflix and I've seen that its available for instant streaming, so I hope to fix that this weekend. Doctor Who has to go first after costume work! |

| I enjoyed it for the Disney-goodness that it is. It was just nice comedy like feel to it more so then the drama like princess movies tend to be. |

The horse is my favorite! So proud and motivated to complete his mission! He takes his job so seriousely it is hillarious! As for the frying pan, we all are heroines, who doesn't have a frying pan at home, if someone unwanted comes in my house... He's gonna have a good taste of my frying pan! :lolz: I love that movie so much! |

| You know what? Because it was a special anniversary Disney movie, I think they re used some features from movies like Sleeping Beauty, for example... |

| I think Max was totally based off of the horse from Sleeping Beauty. But i like the comparisons. There are also many comparisons between Tangled and The Little Mermaid since the head animator was Glen Keane, who also did Little Mermaid. |

Me too. I kind of like Sebastian, even though he's not cute- I think it's the humor and the accent... Then again, TLM was my childhood favorite, so maybe it creates a bias... |

| I totally caught the Little Mermaid movements and hair styles.. I also recognized the music, a lot of the songs made me think of other various Disney songs... for a little while I thought it was almost the same tune with different words.. it bugged me just a smidge >.> |
